Ok, I can't seem to continue this book so I'll explain how things work out. 
                          
The clues that y/n has gathered directly prove her suspect, Kaito Kuroba is indeed - Kaitou KID: EXPLANATION~
                          
> {He is a magician and high school boy. His father was a magician and died around the same time as the disappearance of KID (refer to Chapter 6)} - This proves her assumption in chapter 1: "...maybe a successor to the original." 
> KID reappeared and stole gems but returned them afterwards, thus y/n concluded that he seemed to be looking for something specific. But doesn't know what.  
> And lastly the eye-piece that he wore with the rest of his costume...on the tag attached to the chain is a four-leaf clover. This represents his luck - which is what some may think but it is not so. Both Kaito and his father have the last name "Kuroba". The last piece of the puzzle that makes up Kaitou KID - The reveal: EXPLANATION~
                          
> She confronts Kaitou KID when he reaches his house (Kaito's)
> She was already there in his bedroom and did not show up at his heist. 
> Kaito asks her how did she know and for how long. 
> She tells him her deductions and he looked amazed at her. 
> Kaito confesses his love for her and she confesses she feels the same way but has other obstacles or rather obligations that block her from being with him. 
> She asks him about his objective. Kaitou was reluctant but explained to her about Pandora. 
> She told him that she'll help him find it and they agreed to be partners in crime together. 
> She told him once they find and destroy pandora and he (KID) disappears for the last time that they'll be able to commit to each other openly. 
> They for now decided on a secret relationship.

Moving Forward and The End: EXPLANATION~
                          
> They find Pandora in an unexpected place - the cemetery and buried in a place of Toichi's coffin. 
> They went through trouble from the black organisation and Interpol to get to it but finally managed to destroy it. 
> With the final show underway- KID disappeared and remains uncaptured. 
> Nakamori cried and whined about it while Conan had a feeling that you were somehow related to the cause of his disappearance. 
> Kaito and you and the relationship you both have gone public a few weeks after KID's disappearance. 
> The both of you were happily dating. 
> Soon married and had a wonderful family.
