Celia

I might have crossed the line.

It's not that I regret what I did. What I regret is not telling him. Okay, and maybe, I shouldn't have flirted too much.

But, I really wanted this opportunity. The whole time, I had this vision of us making money and leaving happily. Besides, what's the harm in making him a little jealous?

I'm okay with jealous. Fuck, I want jealous. But I don't want the shut-down, distant Gio. That terrifies me more than anything. Because it means he might leave. He might decide that he's done with me. That I'm not worth the headache.

I sulk in his room, trying to muster the guts to apologize, but I'm scared. I don't want to be rejected. So I'm really shocked when he knocks on my door.

"For a ride?" I repeat, my voice a mumble. "At this time?" He doesn't respond, just keeps staring. "Okay..."

"I'll be outside," he says and starts to turn, but briefly glances at me and seems to notice that I'm scared. His eyes soften just a tad, but his mouth stays in a hard line, before walking away.

Something's different about him. I've never seen him so pissed at me, but not trying to hide. Shouldn't he be in the garage right now?

Excitement bubbles inside.

I yank my sweater off and toss it over my shoulder, then scurry to the closet, sliding it open. It hits the wall but I ignore it and rummage through my clothes. I wear my tightest jeans with a black, lace camisole, then finish with a black, leather jacket and slip into my high-heel boots, grabbing my helmet before I head out the door.

Gio's outside, just like he promised. He's got his brown, leather jacket on, standing before his bike in front of the gate, unraveling his helmet.

He knows that I'm here, but he ignores me on purpose.

I drag my steps across the dirt, letting the crushing sound of it linger as I approach.

He eyes my legs for a second. "Make sure you secure your helmet," he says with knitted brows, fixing his own.

I stay silent.

He scowls at me under his lashes, wrinkling his forehead and parting his lips. "What?"

I smirk. Yes, Gio. Be mad at me.

"Nothing," I sing and put my helmet on.

He does the same, then his gloves, then straddles the bike, waiting for me.

"Should I hop on?" I ask cheekily.

He lifts his fingers over the handlebar and wraps them again, one at a time, not looking at me. Possessive baby. He's totally sulking. I hold onto his shoulder, then make sure to really straddle him from the back, snuggling close.

Gio twists the throttle and the bike hums to life. We get on the main street. It's dark and empty, ready for us. I missed the freedom of it.

He twists the throttle again. This time, the engine growls, ripping through the silence, launching the bike forward. I fall back on the backrest and have to claw his jacket to come forward, latching onto him for dear life.

I shut my eyes as he turns, tipping the bike too close to the ground. My heart races. He jerks to a stop under a red light, throwing me on him.

I slowly straighten up, gaping at his back.

Fine. I see you Gio, I smirk to myself.

There's an audience left and right in their cars. Even better. I snake my hands around him and lower them on his thighs, right around his cock. The light turns green. Good luck focusing, baby.
