I opened my door and walked out to see E leaning up against the wall looking forward. He noticed me and immediately stood up straight and looked at my pajamas.

"Aww, you look kinda cute. Man, whoever is dating you must be lucky!" I smiled and received a big toothy grin back. This was now the 10th day and counting that I wasn't sleeping in my own bed. E has walked me down every single night and walked me back to my room at 6am every morning.

"Ready to go?"

"Hold on one sec. I got you something!" He pulled one of his arms around to the front and in it he held a big shark plushy. "Sorry it didn't get here sooner. I was shopping around for one online and asked my mom to go get it from this little shop she works close to. They don't mail out their products but have a full inventory list on their website. She was finally able to drop it off today. I call it one day mom shipping." He laughed at his own joke which amused me. I grabbed the shark from his hand and held it between my two. I looked at it and a small smirk wiggled it's way out of me. I hugged it closer to me and laid my head on its head.

"Thank you E. I love it." He kissed my forehead and then took one of my hands. He started to lead the way to Recovery Girl's office while I buried my head in my new plush.

We were walking down one of the many hallways UA had to offer. The school is a lot darker at night then I think people would imagine. Only the dim lights were on and the exit signs seemed to be brighter.

"So any word on if they found a lead on sandman?"

"Someone called a tip in saying they saw some activity at an abandoned rock climbing place on the outskirts of the city. The bank owns the building and they said that it's a condemned building. They can't even rent it out to anyone if they wanted to. All Might is hoping that tip is either the league, or my father. That's all there is right now."

He put his hands in his pockets and looked down at his feet. I clutched the shark closer to me and we continued forward.

"I wish there was something I could do more for you, but I'm just a weak first year."

"E, that's exactly it. We are only first years, this shouldn't even be happening. This is all such bullshit."

"Language my dear." Recovery Girl was standing in her door and staring at the booth of us. "God job Kirishima. Twenty-two hundred hours on the door, just as always."

"We don't want you to wait for our lack of timeliness Recovery Girl!"

"Yes yes, no need to yell. I'm old, but not deaf."

"Uh- sorry..." I tried to shove my laugh back in before walking in after Recovery Girl and waking goodbye to E. He always looks so sad when he closes the door behind and leaves...

I go through our normal routine of hooking up the machine to myself and then lay down for bed. Only this time, I made sure to include my new shark to cuddle with while I sleep. I kept my eyes open, waiting for the little red light in the corner to green. This light signals to me when I can close my eyes and go to sleep. It's what the sleep people use to signal that everything is reading correctly. If it's yellow it means that something isn't reading right and I'm gonna need to wait awhile longer while they fix an issue. Luckily I haven't had that yet.

It took a couple minutes and the little light turned green. I relaxed my head against the pillow and closed my eyes. Didn't take long and I was completely asleep.

I woke up in the middle of a field that was covered in a mix of blue and white flowers. The grass was tall and green and so warm. I wish I could lay in it forever. Everything was so bright and fresh, I couldn't help but run my fingers through it. I stood up and decided to go explore. I walked over to the tree line and walked through it. I only had to walk a few yards before the trees opened up and a beautiful waterfall stood before me. I wasn't to far from it and I let my eyes follow the water down to where it met the ground. My eyes landed on the bottom and a small figure standing at the waters edge.

I slowly walked towards the figure, being careful with each step I made. As I got closer I could begin to see the green color my father and I had in common.

"So... you're here. Pretty calming environment we put you in huh? I know they're watching sweetie."

"What do you want?"

"Why don't you come look?" I stood there looking confused as he moved his gaze down looking at the waters aggressively moving at him. I walked forward and looked down in to the waters. My face drained of all color and warmth as I saw E's mask sinking to the bottom and red washing off of it as it kept going down. I fell backwards and quickly got up and ran back towards my calming meadow.

It seemed like someone was pulling the earth from under me with each step I made and the sky started turning black. Air began growing thin as my breaths got heavier and heavier. I didn't seem to be moving any further away from my father.

I woke up grasping at my chest. My. Reaching was extremely heavy and one of the assistants was leaning down next to me. I quickly realized where I was and started pulling everything off of me.

"(Y/n)! What's wrong?! Talk to me!?"

"They want him! I'VE GOT TO GO TO THE DORM!" I jumped out of the bed and immediately started my barefoot sprint to E's room. The dorm came into sight and suddenly the schools alarms went off. I sped my sprint up and ripped the doors open, going straight for the stairs. Some of my classmates were already down in the community rooms and I could hear them chase after me. I went straight to E's room and pounded on the door, then opening it. I let it open on its own and all I could see was a very small amount of purple mist quickly disappearing. I backed up and my classmates that were downstairs finally caught up. I quickly ran past them and opened the door to Bakugou's room. Everything was messy and it looked like he had fought someone. I then ran down to Denki's room and let the door swing open. I found them...

My dad had his hand around Denki's mouth and the portal was already half closed. We locked eyes and he smirked. I tried to move forward but the portal closed...

They're... they're gone...
