"His father's dead. They think he was murdered." Scott spoke from beside his best friend as he listened in on the conversation between the police and the newly turned werewolf.

"Are they saying he's a suspect?" Stiles questioned as something clicked in his head, knowing exactly what would happen if they did suspect him.

Skylar couldn't help but wonder if the boy's father was the one who was giving him those bruises and cuts on his face. It made sense and everything added up in her head once she found out more information about the beta. He lived alone with his father, his mother and brother had passed away years ago; meaning the only person that could actually harm him in any way was his father, and now he was gone. She didn't think he was capable of murdering his own father, and even if he did do it Skylar wouldn't blame him.

"They can lock him in a holding cell for twenty four hours." Her brother whispered as the trio watched the beta walk off with the three officers, one being the twins' father.

"Like overnight?" Scott asked the twins, and the two smirked at each other. There was nothing more that they both loved other than their best friend's stupidity.

The brunette shook her head with a mischievous look stretched across her face, she nudged the tousled haired boy before ruffling his hair.

"Obviously, dumbass hence the twenty four hours. During the full moon."

At her words, Scott slapped her hand away from his hair, shaking his brown locks back into place. He turned his head to face his other best friend standing beside him.

"How good are these holding cells at holding people?"

"People, good. Werewolves, probably not that good." Stiles answered his question, sending his sister a look and she immediately knew he was going to come up with some sort of plan to break the beta out of the holding cell.

"Remember when we said we don't have the urge to maim and kill?" The tan boy spoke with concern, gesturing to him and his fellow werewolf.

"Yeah?"

"He does." Scott pointed towards the beta and the twins' eyes traveled back to the beta who must've felt eyes on him as he turned around.

"That's not entirely true, I've been feeling his emotions the second I stepped into the locker rooms." The brunette announced as she waited for her brother's attention. "As much as he feels the bloodlust of the full moon, he's terrified."
