Chapter 27

                                    

                                          
Oikawa woke up the following morning with mixed feelings, he was happy that he was going to meet Akane but also really sad that he had to leave Iwa. He knew that they had spent longer periods apart in the past but the thought of leaving his lover left him feeling numb.
                          
"Babe, babe, Kawa". "Sorry Hajime, I was miles away" the brunette answered sadly. Iwa put his arms around the boy and pulled him closer, "it's okay, this is the last time that you'll leave Japan and me. I'll send you details of any apartments I find and you can look through to see if you think any of them could become our home and you'll be back in a month for the Olmpics" 
                          
Kawa smiled warmly, "I know but it's such a shame that I can't see you whilst I'm competing. The coach said it would be like fratanising with the enemy" Iwa smirked and replied with a sparkle in his eyes, " we can fratanise as much as we want after the games". Kawa raised his eyebrows and giggled, "come on we need to go and meet our new niece".
                          
The boys arrived at Makki and Matsun's place an hour later and saw the most adorable little girl ever. She was 4 years old with dark hair and the biggest blue eyes they had ever seen. She was currently standing behind Makki, with her arms wrapped around his leg whilst peeking at Iwa and Kawa.
                          
Iwa had a rabbit plushie with a big pink ribbon around it's neck. " See what Uncle Tooru and Uncle Hajime have brought for you angel" Matsun said with a smile. She looked shyly at them both whilst twirling her hair around her small chubby fingers. "Would you like me to put some ribbons in your hair, like bunny has?" Kawa asked kneeling in front of her. She nodded and walked towards the two boys holding her hands out to Iwa so that he could give her the plushie.
                          
Iwa handed over the plushie and smiled brightly at the little girl. "Oh my God Iwa chan, you're so cute.He'd make an amazing dad, wouldn't he?" Kawa gushed. Makki and Matsun laughed, " Iwa you turned into a big softie". "Shut up you two " he replied.
                          
Akane wandered over to Kawa and sat on his lap," Ribbons Uncle Ruru" the little girl said. "My heart" Kawa gasped," She's adorable. She called me Uncle Ruru. Baby who's that" Kawa asked pointing at Matsun, "That's Dada" she replied cutely. "What about him?" Kawa asked looking at Makki." "That's Papa" she answered smiling.
                          
"Iwa come here" Kawa waved. "Akane, who's the nice man who brought you the bunny?" The little girl looked at them both and answered "That's Uncle Iwa chan". Kawa nearly chocked he laughed so hard, as did Makki and Matsun. "Great, Iwa shrugged, I'm never going to get away from that name".
                          
It was soon time for Iwa to drive Kawa to the airport, they waved at the little girl and promised that they would be back to see her soon. 
                          
They sat side by side holding hands at the airport waiting to be parted once again. Iwa heard shaky sobs coming from his boyfriend so he pulled him closer and kissed him gently, "I love you babe" the spikey haired boy whispered whilst holding on to his lover. "I love you too Hajime. Can I ask you a question" Kawa whispered in Iwa's ear. "Yes, anything" the boy replied. "Do you want children Hajime" Kawa said looking at the ground. Iwa lifted up the boys chin so that he could look directly into his eyes."Yes I do Kawa, but only with you".
                          
Kawa smiled widely and then clung onto his boyfriend until it was finally time for him to board his plane to Argentina for the last time.
