Y/N's POV

                          


                          
Kade spits out his coffee, spilling it on his arm as the other two snorted. 
                          
 "Oh shit!" he yelped due to the burning sensation of the coffee. 
                          
 -------- managed to get a hold of their laughter while Graham walked out of the room and Dani was dying of laughter on the floor.
                          
 "Ah so it's safe to say the ginger then," ------- said with a chuckle. 
                          
He looked at me with annoyance and told me, " Piss off."
                          
 "Well at least lemme see where the coffee hit," I said with sincerity. 
                          
 "I'm FINE" 
                          
 "NO dude, you aren't and as someone who deals with medical emergencies I need to have looked to see if we have to take you to a hospital or not." 
                          
 "Alright then have a look"
                          
 I took him up to my room where I had my medical bag with supplies and inspected the burn for a while until I cleaned up the wound and disinfected it with ointment and wrapped it.
                          
 " Your lucky that you got the coffee at a much later time you barely have a first-degree burn, so unless you already know how to take care of these burns, come to me before showering and I'll re-clean it for you." 
                          
 Kade's POV
                          
I saw my chance to get back at them for embarrassing me earlier in front of my siblings, so hopefully, this would get them embarrassed.
                          
 "Well, then I guess that I'll be coming to you after a shower then~," I said smugly. 
                          
 Hmm, that's sure to get them flustered at least, I thought to myself, Hopefully, I can get inside their head before the game. 
                          
 And it seemed to work because they were quiet for a while, appearing to have rosy cheeks so I just sat there quietly chuckling for a short while as they finished wrapping up my arm. One Kade, Zero ------
                          
 Y/n's POV 
                          
 So I'm dealing with a straight white frat dude, great, I thought feeling a bit pissed. Meh, at least it'll be easy to toy with him, I just gotta feed his ego, then BOOM! shatter it somewhat before or during the game. 
                          
As I am chill, I'm also hella competitive so we all gotta do what we gotta win, and in my case, it's emotionally manipulating the competition. Thanks, theatre camp.
                          
 So, I tried to start feeding his ego," Mhm, well maybe I will hehe," I tried to sound as sarcastically interested as possible, with the "giggle" being so fake Kim K's ass was real. 
                          
 Then as I was saying that stupid line(thank you drama club) I ended up wrapping his arm way too tight and continued doing so until he started yelping out of pain.
                          
I then proceeded to say," Omigosh, I'm so sorry, I'm such a clutz!" in the same tone of voice.
                          
" I'm pretty damn good right now, this is perfectly fine," he said in a disgruntled voice.
                          
I then asked," well would you want me to keep it that way because if you're saying that you're fone, you are lying, poser." I said as i was quickly re-wrapping his arm.
                          
He stood up, trying to tower over me, and was about to start cursing and had gotten on my last nerve(fuck my temper) so I just, shut him up.
                          
 I stood up, punched his chin, and grabbed his hurt arm pulling it behind his back and pushing him onto the same wall out of reflex.
                          
He was struggling to get out for so long, that I spaced out for a moment until he finally gave in, and yelled, " SHIT this Fucking HURTS!"
                          
 I let him go gently saying, " OH fuck I'm so sorry here lemme help you up." 
                          
I let my anger get the best of me on the first day, shit, I can't go back to therapy, I thought to myself.
                          
 "mhm, you think," he said in a low, hoarse voice while I got him back up and sat him down on my bed. 
                          
 We both sat there in silence while I rewrapped his arm.
                          
 I tried to lift the small veil of awkward silence but, as I slightly opened my mouth, no words came out. 
                          
 We both just sat there quietly until I finished.
                          
 "so..." 
                          
 "yeah ...... ?"
                          
 "Sorry about pinning you to the wall; also earlier you mentioned something about a baske-"
                          
The alarm rang, and I heard through the loudspeaker, what sounded like Dani saying," Floor two and three are on fire at the power plant."
                          
'WHERE THE HELL IS THE POWER PLANT?" I yelled
                          
"FINISH GETTING YOUR ASS READY, AND JUST FOLLOW MY BO- TRUCK"
                          
We both ran out of the room and began to get our uniforms on, preparing to run into the danger where our relationship would soon change.
