"That's not my fault I forgot to set the alarm." He yelled back.

"Both of you, shut up!" A random pregnant lady yelled at us. We stopped yelling and looked at her. "I haven't been able to get any sleep for the amount of times I need to get up in one night to pee, and I was hoping to get some sleep here. I need the rest because if you couldn't tell, I'm pregnant too. So please, be kind and be quiet."

Me and Dally nodded and went to go sit down on the plastic chairs. We looked at each other and instantly started laughing.

"We didn't need her whole life story but okay." I said.

Dally nodded in agreement and we sat in silence for about half an hour.

What's wrong with Dally? Why can't he do anything right? Dally is nothing like his dad, but so much like him at the same time. Yeah, I loved him, but sometimes he gets on my nerves.

"Dally?" I asked softly. He turned to face me. "What's wrong with you?"

He looked at me for a second, as if trying to figure out what I meant, "What?" He asked.

"Like, you can't do a lot of things I tell you to do, in a good way." I said, trying to word this in a nice way.

"What do you mean?" He asked. He honestly looked like he was going to cry.

"I mean like, you can't even wake up on time. You drink beer for breakfast. Sometimes you don't come home 'till late at night. All I'm saying is that I'm worried about you. That's all." I said.

"What are you trying to say?" He asked with a little more anger in his voice but still quiet.

"I'm not trying to say anything, I just would like for you to be there for me more often." I said.

"So you think I'm a dead beat? You think I'm just like my dad?" He yelled.

"No, no, I didn't mean it like that." I said.

"Well, it sure sounds like you did." He said, standing up.

"I don't want to have to tell you two to shut up again!" The pregnant lady yelled at us again.

"But I didn't mean it like that. Dally please. I just wanted to know if you were okay, because I love you and I care about you." I said.

Dally took a deep breath. "I'll see you at home." He said, and walked out.

I sat back in the small plastic chair and continued to wait for my name being called.

"Donna Ranch?" The lady at the front desk called. I stood up and walked over to her. "Dr. White will be wait for you in room fifteen." She said.

I nodded my head and made my way over to room fifteen. I was sad that Dally just left. Today was the appointment we would be able to know the genders.

Dr. White came in and gave me an ultrasound. She said the babies were doing great and they were growing fine. She told me the genders and quickly took my blood work.

"Alright Donna, it seems to me that you children are doing fine as well as you

"Alright Donna, it seems to me that you children are doing fine as well as you. I hope you have a great rest of the day. See you nest time." Dr. White said with a smile and walked out of the room.

I sat there for a minute, thinking about how happy Dally would be knowing we're having a boy and a girl. I got up off the chair and walked out of the room. I had to sign some papers at the front desk and I left.

Dally left with the car and I'm definitely not walking twelve miles. I went over to a near by pay phone and put some change in.

"Hello?"

"Hi Two-Bit." I said.

"Oh hey Donna, what's up?" He asked.

"Umm, I need a favor." I said.

"Yeah sure. What d'ya need?" He asked.

"I need you to pick me up at the doctors office." I said.

"Oh, didn't Dally come with you?" He asked.

"Yeah, Its a long story. Can you just come pick me up and I'll tell you on the way?"

"Yeah sure. Be there in a bit." He said and hung up.

About ten minutes later, Two-Bit pulls up in his shit box of a car and hollers for me to get in.

"C'mon Donna hop in!"

"Hey Two-Bit, thanks for picking me up."

"It was no problem." He said and started driving. It was a long awkward ride until Two-Bit decided to speak up.

"So, why was Dally not there with you?"

"We kinda got in a fight and he thought I was calling him a dead beat..." I trailed off.

"Well, did you?" He asked.

"Well no, not in those exact words..." I said.

"So then he just walked off?"

"Yeah, pretty much." I said.

"Well, we're here now, you should maybe talk to him." Two-Bit said.

"Yeah I know, I was planing on doing that." I said and opened the car door. "The problem is, hes as stubborn as door stop."

"Well, good luck I guess." Two-Bit said with a chuckle.

"Thanks for the ride Two-Bit. Bye." I said.

"Bye Donna." He said and drove off.

I walked inside Bucks and it was empty. Buck was drying some glasses at the bar.

"Hey Donna, where's Dally?" Buck asked.

"I was hoping you wouldn't say that. We kinda got into a fight and he left." I said.

"Oh, I'm sorry." Buck said.

I sighed and sat on one of the bar stools.

"I could I get ya anything?" He asked.

"Water would be great." I said. "Hey listen, if Dally comes in, tell him I need to talk to him." I said.

"Sure thing." He said and handed me the bottle of water. I took it up to mine and Dally's room and sat on the bed.

That night, I went to bed and Dally still didn't come back. Damn I really pissed him off.

When I woke up the next morning, Dally wasn't beside me. I got changed and went down stairs.

I saw Dally and Buck talking at the bar.

"Hey Dally, can we talk?" I asked quietly. Him and Buck stopped talking and turned to look at me. Buck nodded his head at Dally and walked away.

"Listen Dally, I'm so-"

"You know, you really hurt me. I was scared to help you raise our children because I didn't want to be like my dad. So when you told me those things, I thought I was failing..."

"I'm sorry I made you feel like that. I really am. I guess I was just a little stressed out." I said.

"Its okay. I guess I'm stressed out a little too." He said. He came over and hugged me. "I'm sorry I just left like that yesterday. How did you end up getting home?"

"Two-Bit gave me a ride." I said.

"I'm sorry." He mumbled and kissed my forehead.
