"Don't be discouraged. We muct focus on the task at hand, on behalf of the Demon army," Cusack spoke proudly. "I for the benefit of Lord Zeldris; and you for Meliodas. After all, it's what their respecive masters should do,"
                          
"Their respected masters?" Chandler repeated. "You just had to point out the difference didn't you?!" He cried loudly, shoving his staff close to Cusacks neck while he cried. "You're so proud of your darling disciple, Zeldris! I'm so jealous. I'm envoys of you! I tried okay?! I tried my best with Sir Meliodas! But here I am, not able to do anything for him!" 
                          
Cusack gently pushed the staff back to ground level. "Don't lament, Pacifier Demon. No need for all of that. I understand completely, really," I deadpanned. I could almost smell the sarcasm lacing his 'really'. 
                          
"Like heck you do!" Chandler began to cry again. "You arrogant monster!" Acid bubbles began to almost rain down on the area. I let out a soft sqeauk, scooting to the side to avoid my leg getting burned to a crisp. Cusack and Chandler began to fight. Just like an old married couple.... 
                          
"It can't be helped! Meliodas betrayed us!"
                          
"No he did not! He was abducted by that goddess!" "And don't drop the sir! Give some respect!" 
                          
"Hghhmm," Zeldris cleared his throat trying to get their attention. "My father gave me direct orders to retrive Meliodas. He has plans in store for him," Chandler's eyes went wide. "Y-you have to be joking!?" 
                          
"You dropped your cane," Zeldris pointed out the obvious. "Those were the Demon Kings orders? He is his son, but doesn't that seem to lenient of him? How odd, the Demon King shows mercy, rather hard to believe," Cusack stepped in, Chandler still frozen in shock. 
                          
"Don't ask me. I'm just as lost as you are. No one knows what he is thinking," Zeldris sighed. Chandler began crying. Again. He was in his own little world of mumblings. 
                          
"Retrieve Lord Meliodas? Is this a dream?...........-"
                          
"Where is Meliodas now?" Cusack asked. "He should be heading this way along with the other Sins," Zeldris answered. "How wonderful. We should have tea-" 
                          
While Cusack was speaking, Chandler jumped high into the air. "YOUNG MASTER MELIODASSSS-" When Chandler jumped up, he broke the ground. When the dust finally cleared, I realised that Cusack had destroyed what I was hiding behind. 
                          
Zeldris looked around as if he heard something. Before long, he made eye contact with me. He sighed before he returned to speaking with Estarossa in his mind. 
                          
'Oh boy- I'm so dead-'
                          
Cusack looked down at me and crouched in front of me. Zeldris sighed and took my hand to help me stand up. I dusted off my F/C dress and looked down at the ground, rubbing the back of my neck. 
                          
"Heyyy Zelll~," I laughed sheepishly. "I can explain this- uhhhh-" I sighed, trying to think of an excuse. "I thought I told you to stay in your room until I got back," Zeldris sighed, crossing his arms. 
                          
"You did..." I puffed out my cheeks. "I just didn't wanna listen!" I exclaimed with a smile. "Dummy, you shouldn't over-exeart yourself," 
                          
"D-did you just call me a dummy!?" I blushed, throwing up a fist. "I'll show you who's a dummy!" Suddenly, I felt someone lift me up from behind by my collar as if I was nothing but a puppy. 
                          
Cusack looked me in the eye with a skeptical look. "Are you close with Master Zeldris?" He asked simply. I nodded, a small hint of blush on my cheeks. "I guess you could say that," I chuckled sheepishly. 
                          
"Does she speak the truth?" Cusack looked down at Zeldris for his reply. "She does. Be sure to inform Chandler of this: Y/N is not to be harmed and is an important guest of mine," Zeldris explained. 
                          
Cusack gently set me down with a mumbled. "I'm sorry," I gave him a smile to say everything was okay. 
                          
"So I'm assuming that you heard everything?" Zeldris asked softly, a hint of concern in his voice. Slowly, I nodded. "I did. I'm sorry for eavesdropping. I was just looking for you and well- it all led to this," I explained softly. 
                          
"Very well," Zeldris walked inside, Cusack and I following him. Suddenly, I spoke. 
                          
A breeze blew harshly. My H/C hair blew behind me. I looked behind us, perplexed. 
                          
Something felt off....
                          
It was as if...things were about to take a turn for the worse.....
