I ran my hand on my hair, groaning as I did. With a pursed lip, I grabbed my gray and red board shorts and looked at the mirror. I groaned again. I can't decide what to wear! I heard someone knock on my door.
                          
"Come in!" I shouted, not caring who it was. I saw Harry come in wearing brown board shorts with a red plaid button up. He looked good.
                          
Liam, Zayn,Niall and the girls decided that we should all head the beach for today. Thankfully, the sun's out, the winds blowing softly and the waves looked calm.
                          
I can just imagine Alexis in her cute little bikini as she plays at the ocean with a smile on her beautiful pink lips. Oh god her lips. Her beautiful, pink, kissa--
                          
Louis! Alexis is your best friend! Stooop!
                          
I shook my thoughts away as Harry sat down on my bed, leaning on my bed's header with his hands behind his head.
                          
"What's wrong pouty?" He teased, obviously noticing my irritation. I turned to him, the board shorts still in my hands. I held it up.
                          
"Gray or red?" I asked. He raised his eyebrow, amused.
                          
"Are you, the sass master of Doncaster, asking for my advice?" He mocked but quickly stopped as I glare at him. I rolled my eyes.
                          
"Just answer the question Styles." I snapped. He raised his hands in a surrender position with his eyebrow still raised.
                          
"Ok ok. Go with the red one but, Why are you so stressed about choosing some board shorts?" He asked. I stayed silent as I put my red board shorts on. I honestly don't know why I'm acting this way. Usually, I just throw on random clothes but, ever since We came here, I start getting conscious about my appearance.
                          
"Or Are you impressing a certain lady? in other words, Are you trying to impress Alexis?" As soon as her name came out of his mouth, I felt my cheeks heat up along with butterflies fluttering on my tummy.
                          
Harry's jaw dropped in shock with his eyes wide as if he saw the most scariest ghost.
                          
"You like Alexis." He stated. I felt a small blush crept on my cheek as my eyebrows furrowed. Did I like Alexis?
                          
Harry opened his mouth, about to ask a question but, interrupted by a loud knock from outside.
                          
"Haz! Lou! Come on!" Liam said, his voice muffled through the door. I got inside the bathroom and stripped. I slipped on my shorts and plain white shirt that I grabbed as I did. I got outside to see Harry gone. I shrugged and grabbed my phone and sunglasses.
                          
I suddenly felt excited. My tummy was filling with this weird fluttering things. I didn't know that if it's about going to the beach or something.
                          
Or your just excited to see Alexis in her cute bikini?, a voice in my head told me. I sighed mentally. Here we go again.
                          
No. No, I am not. I said. Oh god, I think, I might be going crazy.
                          
But was I? Was I excited to see Alexis? I felt my head spin with the questions running in my mind. I frowned and rubbed my temples as I walk down stairs. I walked towards the living room but, suddenly, a small figure bumped to me.
                          
"Owww." I looked over to see Alexis, groaning in pain as she rubs her forehead. I mentally chuckled, Was my abs really that hard? I quickly stood up and held my hand out for her to take.
                          
She looked up as her eyes widened as if it was the first time she saw me. Mmm. She must've not watched her way. I chuckled. Little clumsy Alexis.
                          
She raised her eyebrow as if she was asking me what's on my mind. She swiftly took my hand as I winked at her playfully, making her blush. Aww, that's so cute.
                          
I took notice on what she's wearing. She had this cute little blue striped bikini with a white shirt tied just above her belly button and this cute little shorts.
                          
All in all, It's a 10. She looked god damned sexy. So sexy but, so innocent.
                          
Best friend, Louis. Best friend.
                          
She cleared her throat, breaking me from my train of thought.
                          
"We were waiting for you Louis! It's been like, a decade you know!" She said, wagging her finger at me playfully. I rolled my eyes at her cuteness. I poked her on the ribs making a small tint of pink on her cheeks appear as she giggles. Ah-do-rable.
                          
Best friend!
                          
Oh right. I mentally sighed. My.mind was right. Alexis will never like me. I mean, we've been best friends since we're in our diapers. She looks at me like a brother. She will. Always.
                          
But, when I see her it's like my whole world is lighted up. It's like I'm not complete without her by my side. These past few days, I've been feeling this butterflies on my tummy, sparks or fireworks every time I touch her. When I held her hand, our hands fit together like puzzles. And those times that I'm with her, call me cheesy but, It felt like I was the most happiest man in the earth, no scratch that, in the whole universe.
                          
I sighed, running my hand to my hair. It's official then.
                          

                          
I'm in love with Alexis Jaina Smith.
                          

                          
And will soon to be Alexis Tomlinson, the voice said.
