Look at me, pretending to be a competent artist and giving advice. I'd say it's pretty easy to do, and you don't really have to be an artist to try it. Go ahead and try it traditionally or digitally, I don't care. Anyway, take all the advice with a grain of salt, I'm by no means a professional. You can also alter this style in anyway, I don't own it or anything (in case your planning to try it out and post it anywhere that's fine with me, you don't have to ask)
You don't have to draw this, I just wanted to give a little insight on my drawing process (for this style specifically).
