Finally!
This is my favorite part on writing a story. I think this will be my trademark, lmao.
Anyways, we just finished Rhythms and Skies! Grabe, I can't believe after almost one year, natapos kong isulat ito.
Writing this story is a big challenge for me bacause I have to think a lot, write a lot, and feel lots of emotion to give justice to this story.
Honestly, I almost give this story up because there was a time where I stared at my laptop trying to type a word yet after hours of staring I couldn't even type more than 10 words. I would close my laptop crying kasi wala akong naisulat kahit anong pilit ko. Ilang buwan din na ganoon but I couldn't just give up that easily kahit na hindi ko alam kung may nagbabasa ba but I didn't write for that.
I write to give my characters a life.
Sabi ko kung ititigil ko 'to, my characters life will also be stuck. Makukulong sila sa isang kwento na hindi natapos...and I don't want that.
So I still tried and here we are, tapos na! Finally!
I am really happy. Thank you for the joining Flyn, Indigo, Ethan, Ruwen, Calvin, Enjie, and Lilacaine journey! It was a rollercoaster ride but we made it!
To my characters and to this book, you have a special place on my heart. My favorite friendship, my favorite characters. Everything! I love you guys a lot.
I hope you learn a lesson on this book.
Rhythms and Skies will forever keep making music.
