Fall

                                    

                                          
Everything happened so quickly. Yet when it happened, it was as if it happened in slow motion. 
                          
Yuji jumped through the destroyed wall, his arms reached for Kento-san. 
                          
"NANAMINNN." his voice filled the air.
                          
We were all looking at them. The scene of him reaching out to Kento-san. It was foolish of him. Now they'll both hit the ground.
                          
Thankfully, Nue came in time to grab them both in the air and drop them gently on the ground before dissapearing. I immediately ran to them. As my knee hit the ground, I embrace them. I didn't realize that I was tearing up. I felt their hearbeat and heard their panting. Then I felt Yuji's hand on my back and realized where we were and what the previous situation was. I came back to my senses.
                          
"Are you guys hurt?" I pulled myself away and observe every inch of their visible bodies. "Are you guys okay?"
                          
Then I heard a loud thump from above us. We loked up at where the third floor wall had been. Then Megumi came into sight. 
                          
"It's done." he said, then immediately summoning Nue to fly him to the ground next to us. 
                          
He fell into the ground on his knees.
                          
"Are you hurt?" I asked him. 
                          
He shook his head. 
                          
I looked at him, and then I looked at the other two. They were fine. Just bruised and a few scratches here and there. 
                          
One by one they stood on their feet.
                          
"Let's go back then." I told them. 
                          


                          
As we walked back to the cars, Yuji walked beside me. Kento-san and Megumi were behind us. 
                          
"You're crying Y/N-san?" he asked.
                          
I wiped my eyes "No."
                          
"Yes you are."
                          
I took a deep breath and let it out "Well, you guys almost fell into your death." I spoke a little to loudly. "And what you did was kind of stupid Yuji. Thank god for Megumi's shikigami."
                          
Yuji chuckled at this as he scratched the back of his head.
                          
"Y/N is right. You have my thank, Fushiguro." Kento-san said "And it was foolish of you Itadori-kun."
                          
"Well I just thought that I should get to you, Nanamin. I didn't think about the rest." he chuckled again.
                          
I realized at that moment about what kind of person Yuji Itadori is. He's definitely one of a kind. 
                          


                          
I got into the car with Nitta-san, keeping an eye on Nobara in the back seat. She seemed a lot better. But I made sure to check her back in the school. While Kento-san, Yuji, and Megumi took the car with Ijichi-san. We head back to the school. By then, the sun was almost down. 
                          
When we arrived, we all immediately went to the clinic. Nitta-san and Ijichi-san went their sepparate ways to make the report. 
                          
"I'm feeling a lot better Y/N-san." Nobara said as she laid on one of the clinic's bed. 
                          
"Yes. But I think it's better if you stay the night here so I can observe you." I told her.
                          
Then Shoko-san approached us. "I think she'll be fine in her room Y/N. You did a great job. She just have to rest for tonight and possibly all day tomorrow. After that she'll be fully recovered." Shoko-san gave an assuring smile.
                          
"Phew." Nobara tried to sit "Thank god I don't have to spend the night here."
                          
"Alright then." I stood and looked at the others in the room.
                          
Megumi was being fixed by Shoko-san. Yuji seemed to be smiling and chuckling beside him. They both looked fine. Then Kento-san was sitting on one of the beds. He had his sleves up to his elbow and he took off his glasses. Of course he looked tired. 
                          
I approached him "Are you okay?"
                          
"Yes." he nodded. "This happens on most day. You know that right, Y/N?"
                          
It was my turn to nod.
                          
"When you were thrown to the wall and it brooke and you fell with it.." I said "It must hurt your back."
                          
"It did hurt a little." he said "But it's fine now." He moved his back side to side. "What caused the wall to break is actually Itadori-kun. I was merely thrown to the wall just seconds after it was destroyed. So there was not much impact on me."
                          
"Oh," I said. Again, mesmerized by this Yuji Itadori kid. "Can you at least let me take a look at you?" I was not going to feel okay until I make sure there's not even a bruise in the whole of his body.

                          
He smiled. "Maybe later tonight, Y/N." 
                          
Was he being serious? Or was he teasing me? I thought.
                          
Before I could say anything, Shoko-san said "Alright everyone's done. Now go back to your dorm."
                          
The three kids stood and walked to the door. But not before waving us goodbyes.
                          


                          
Later, as Kento-san and I walked to my apartment, I said to him "Yuji really loves you."
                          
Kento-san hummed. "Are you saying that based on what he did today?"
                          
I nodded.
                          
"I never thought about it. He is very kind to everyone. And he always act based on impulses." Kento-san pushed his glasses up his nose.
                          
"What about you?" I asked him.
                          
"I'm simply his mentor." Kento-san said. 
                          
I could only smile. It is very likely for someone like Kento-san to not realize how he feels about someone. What he thought as duty is actually more than just a duty. I could see that he truly cares for Yuji. Seeing him as someone who is an adult, I couldn't help but to think of him as a sort of father figure for Yuji. Somehow this thought made me smile. 
                          
"Why are you smiling, Y/N?" he looked at me.
                          
"Nothing." I told him. 
                          
We arrived in my appartment. We walked up the stairs and stood in front of the door while I reached down the pocket of my pants to find the key.
                          
"About my back," Kento-san suddenly said.
                          
I turned to him immediately. "What is it? Is it hurting now?"
                          
He smirked then let out a chuckle "Do you still want to have a look?"
