Strickler stood alone in the museum. Waiting. Jim had told him that the spy he had nearly caught last night would arrive to give him an objective for his now new mission. Keeping Gunmar in the Darklands instead of releasing him.

A thump sounded from behind him and Strickler turned to face the small blue troll from the night before. The troll was standing in the shadows so very few features could be made out.

"You must be the troll I am meeting tonight," Strickler began, straightening the cuff of his sleeve. "I'm sure you already know who I am."

"Yep!" The troll nodded.

"Do I get to know your name?" Strickler inquired.

"Uuhh...Uhh...Gynt...Yeah. Gynt," Gynt stated. Strickler raised an eyebrow, the name Gynt sounded familiar, maybe Nomura had said something about that name of the aria she liked. Gynt's voice sounded alarmingly familiar though.

"Well, Gynt. You have a mission for me?" Strickler asked.

"Right! So first things first, I was wondering if you were planning to bring any new changelings in?" Gynt questioned.

"Well yes. That's what the fetch is for. We have the changeling but we haven't decided on the changelings familiar yet so the changeling has only one form for the moment," Strickler informed.

"Is he here?" Gynt asked. Stricker had never specified the gender of the changeling. How odd.

"Well, yes, but he isn't very compliant. He won't speak or say anything," Strickler sighed.

"Can I see him?" Gynt requested. Strickler shrugged but motioned for the troll to follow. They reached a small room where the unnamed changeling was sitting grumpily on a box with his arms crossed and his brow furrowed. When the changeling had come through the fetch, Strickler had given him a diaper so at least he was clothed.

The unnamed changeling had their back turned.

"You have a visitor," Strickler stated, looking at the changeling. The changeling sighed heavily and quickly glanced behind him to see Gynt and Strickler. He then did a double-take and fully turned around to look at him and Gynt.

"Took you long enough!" The unnamed changeling yelled angrily, pointing at Gynt. "You have some explaining to do, you mutt!"

"How do you two know each other? The changeling came through the fetch this morning!" Strickler exclaimed. Gynt chuckled awkwardly and rubbed the back of his neck.

"Hehe. That's a long and complicated story," Gynt said.

"Are you a changeling?" Strickler questioned, examining Gynt's face closely.

"Jim? A changeling? Aha, that's good!" The changeling laughed, holding his stomach. Jim rolled his eyes heavily and slapped his hands to his face. Strickler turned to the troll with wide eyes.

"Jim?" Strickler asked.

"Hey, Mr. Strickler," The now dubbed Jim greeted, making eye contact with Strickler.

"But- wha- how? You're a changeling? Is your mother a changeling too?!" Strickler exclaimed.

"What? No! My mother is completely human. And I'm not a changeling! I'm a half-troll!" Jim respond. Strickler grabbed Jim's face with one hand and inspected it.

"How is that possible?" Strickler questioned. Jim shrugged.

"Like I said, long story. I'll tell you later but this isn't the best time to tell you the story because who knows when Bular will show up!" Jim stated. Strickler sighed and nodded, still unnerved by this sudden knowledge with no information.
