Amber's POV

here we go...my new hell.

Hi! My name is amber steel, I am almost 18 and my father is a leader of a gang if you like to put it that way.

He's never really around and I don't know who my mother is but I love  my life.

Well I did...that was before we moved here. We used to live in Miami...I had friends, a reputation, and a life!

But it all went to vain when my dear father decided to move here.

I am currently parked in the new school's parking lot.

No I am not nervous and I could care less about getting lost.

I am pissed because I don't want to be here.

but I respect my father more than anything else so it's only right to listen to him before I turn 18 and move on with my life.

He expects me to take over him since I am his only child and I like the idea, but I haven't told him my answer yet because I don't know if I will want to after graduating or not.

I let out a sigh and fixed my black shorts before opening the door of my black Range Rover.

I am not a girly girl but not a tomboy either, I'm somewhere in the middle and wearing this type of clothes makes me feel like me

I am not a girly girl but not a tomboy either, I'm somewhere in the middle and wearing this type of clothes makes me feel like me...I also don't care about the dress code.

A perk of being my father's daughter!

The cold air hit my face making me hate the school even more but nevertheless I got out.

I took a sip of my iced coffee and closed the door then locked my car and headed to the entrance ignoring everyone's stares.

I heard people whispering things such as 'she's the new girl', 'I've seen her somewhere.', 'she's hot!'.

All are true.

I am the new girl, they probably saw me on the internet because my dad is also a millionaire, and last but not least I am hot.

I smiled at that and took off my sun glasses as I walked in the building.

My grey eyes scanned the hallways to see nothing but an ordinary high school.

Don't get me wrong I am not a spoiled brat but I lost my entire life moving here. Don't expect me to be all over this school.

I am grateful tho and aware that some people don't have proper education like I do that's why I focus on my studies very well.

I walked down the hallways, the sound of my boots clicking on the floor echoed them as well as the students' conversations.

' I am totally gonna sleep with Carlos This year', 'did you hear about Jacob's party next week?', blah blah blah.
