I finished my one on one training with Vlatko then headed to the examining room.
I changed into the gown then laid down on the table.
I have to do an examination
"hello Zahra" the doctor greeted me.
After introducing ourselves she started the examination.
"any problems lately?" She asked.
"not really. I not to long ago had my medical at Chelsea and they said everything was good"
She nodded.
"your physio asked me to prescribe some ointment for your back"
"oh really? okay"
"I have them right in the next room so give me a second"
I nodded and she left.
Katy must've felt that I had some tension in my back yesterday.
I don't why but I don't think I've healed fully from when I took that knock in May.
As I was fiddling around with my fingers the door opened.
I looked up and saw Megan.
"what are you doing in here?"
"thought you might want some company"
I chuckled.
She sat down next to the skeleton.
"this place is so gloomy"
I rolled my eyes.
"its the examination room. what did you expect, rainbows and unicorns?"
She pulled out her phone and started playing music.
"now thats better"
She started playing an NSYNC song.
I smirked at her.
"I know you too well" she teased.

She recorded me singing and posted it to her story.
The doctor then walked back in with my ointment and started laughing.
"you girls are something else"
I changed back into my kit and got the ointment.
I said goodbye and me and Megan left.
We already had dinner so we headed straight to the room. I swiped the keycard and pushed open the door.
Tobin and Christen were watching TV whilst Alex was on the bed on FaceTime with someone.
