~Mayas POV~
It was Christmas eve and it was 10:06, I had just woken up and was laying in Vinnie's bed on my phone. He was laying down next to me but he was still asleep.
We've been at his parents house for about 2 days and it was fun. His dad took off of work so throughout the day we would all go out and do something.
I got out of Vinnie's bed and decided to go downstairs. His mom woke up early so she was usually downstairs in the kitchen.
I walked into the dinning room and seen Reggie sitting at the table eating cereal. I looked up into the kitchen and seen their mom preparing a bunch of food.
"Good morning" Reggie said looking up at me "morning" I said as I sat down at the table next to him.
"What's she cooking for?" I asked as he turned his head to the kitchen. "Christmas, she always makes a bunch of food even though there's only four of us" he said as I laughed.
"She prepares in advance so tomorrow she doesn't have to do as much" he said as I nodded my head. "I'm excited for the presents" he said as I laughed "I still have two more christmases until I leave" he said holding up his fingers.
"and since Vinnie doesn't live here anymore I know they will go all out" he said as I shook my head smiling. "what do you even get? it's not like you get toys anymore?" I asked with an eyebrow raised.
"No but I do have a PC I buy parts for and an xbox which they buy me games and controllers for" He said as I nodded my head. "So you're also a gamer?" I asked as he laughed.
"I guess you could say that" he said shrugging his shoulders. "But I'm better than Vinnie don't let him lie to you" he said as I heard someone walk into the room.
"Better than me at what?" Vinnie asked as I looked up to see him in his pjs still. "At gaming" Reggie said taking another bite of his cereal.
"Pssshhh get outta here" Vinnie said as Reggie stood up from the table. "No lies were told" Reggie said as he walked into the kitchen.
"Good morning" I said looking up at Vinnie, "morning" he said smiling at me. He leaned down and kissed me quickly. When he pulled away from me his mom walked into the room.
"Good morning, I hope you're ready for a day of cooking" She said smiling at Vinnie. "Actually me and Maya have plans for a couple hours" he said as I looked at him confused.
"We do?" I said as he nodded his head, "we have to go Christmas shopping" he said as I realized Christmas was tomorrow. We had no gifts for them because we couldn't bring anything on the plane but we hadn't went to the store since we got here.
"Oh okay, Well you can take my car if you stop at the grocery store on the way home" she said as Vinnie nodded his head. "Okay deal" he said shrugging his shoulders.

It was later that day and we were at the mall, Vinnie was shopping for his family and I was looking around. We were gonna wait until we got back home for us to give each other our gifts. It was just because we ordered stuff online so it was gonna come when we were out here.
We were in a gaming store and Vinnie was getting a present for Reggie. "what do you think I should get him?" he asked as he looked around at the games.
"I don't know but he should like anything here" I said as I looked over at Vinnie. "That's true" Vinnie said nodding his head.
He was reading the cases and I looked over to see a girl staring at us. She looked a little younger probably around 15/16 and she was with her mom.
