Draco's POV

"You did it! You did it!" Angelina cried, before rushing up to me and throwing her arms around me.

"Thank you! Thank you!" She cried as I managed to hug her back. I glanced at the Slytherin table, seeing Dora glaring daggers at Angelina's back.

"Excellent!" Ron and Harry said.

"Your welcome." I laughed as she let me go.

"How did you do it?" She asked, still holding me by the arms.

"I just threatened her."

"Draco! You can't threaten a teacher." Hermione scowled. I chuckled, rolling my eyes.

"Not her exactly, but more like the ministry." I shrugged, but Hermione shook her head at me.

"Thank you again," Angelina said before walking away. I glanced at Theodora, who glared at me, before using the newspaper to cover her face.

---

"Wow, this place looks great!" I said as we entered the room of requirements.

"Well, this is the place we've found for practice sessions, and you've - er - obviously found it okay," Harry said.

"It's fantastic!" Cho said, and several people agreed.

"It's bizarre. We once hid from Filch in here, remember, George? But it was just a broom cupboard then." Fred said.

"Hey, Harry, what's this stuff?" Dean asked, pointing to some sneakaskopes and Foe-Glasses.

"Dark detectors. Basically, they all show when Dark wizards or enemies are around, but you don't want to rely on them too much, they can be fooled..."

"Well, I've been thinking about the sort of stuff we ought to do first and - er -what, Hermione?" He asked, noticing Hermione's raised hand.

"I think we ought to elect a leader,"

"Harry's leader!" Cho said.

"Yes, but I think we ought to vote on it properly. It makes it formal, and it gives him authority. So - everyone who thinks Harry ought to be our leader?" Hermione explained.

We all put our hands up, and Harry looked pleased yet uncomfortable.

"Er - right, thanks. And -what, Hermione?"

"I also think we ought to have a name. It would promote a feeling of team spirit and unity, don't you think?" Hermione said.

"Can we be the Anti-Umbridge League?" I asked.

"Or the Ministry of Magic are Morons Group?" Hermione frowned at Fred.

"I was thinking, more of a name that didn't tell everyone what we were up to, so we can refer to it safely outside meetings."

"The Defense Association? The D.A. for short, so nobody knows what we're talking about?" I said.

"Yeah, the D.A.'s good. Only let's make it stand for Dumbledores Army because that's the Ministry's worst fear, isn't it?" Ginny said.

"All in favor of the D.A.? That's a majority - motion passed!"

"Right, shall we get practicing then? I was thinking, the first thing we should do is Expelliarmus, you know, the Disarming Charm. I know it's pretty basic but I've found it really useful -"

"Oh, please, I don't think Expelliarmus is exactly going to help us against You-Know-Who, do you?" Zacharias Smith said.

"I've used it against him. It saved my life in June." Harry said.
