Sage POV 
(Time skip again.) 
A month later. 
I pulled my jeans up which barely made it past my thighs. I buttoned them up before the buttons popped. 
"Fuck!" I yelled sitting on the bed. There was absolutely no reason for them to literally fall apart. I'm not that fat. Well I kind of am, but my jeans should fit. 
"What's wrong with you?" Mekai asked coming in with a sleeping MJ. 
"My jeans won't fit anymore." I pouted getting up and walking in the closet. 
"I told yo ass get some maternity jeans mama." He chuckled following me. 
"What would you know about pregnancy Mekai? I'm not bout to walk around with a stretch band around my waist." I scoffed picking up another pair. 
"You forgetting I already went through this?" He laughed slapping my ass. I rolled my eyes feeling very much slow. I pulled the jeans up and they didn't bust thank God. 
"Bubba they're too tight!" I whined trying to readjust them. 
"Mama just put on some sweats, hell you need to get dressed for?" He asked sitting on the bed. 
"Cause I wanna feel pretty." I sighed going in the bathroom. 
"You pretty either way." He shrugged pulling his shirt off. For no reason. 
"No I'm not Mekai. My face is so fat and my feet are so swollen and my face is breaking out and my hair is falling out and my ass is way too big." I pouted turning around in the mirror. 
"First of all, yo face ain't fat and you not breaking out. Second, come here and lemme rub em, third, yo hair is still full, and forth, I love yo fat ass. Not yo fat ass, did that sound wrong? I meant-" 
"I know what you meant baby." I laughed sitting on the bed with him. I glanced over at MJ who was knocked out. 
"What my babies up too?" He asked pulling my feet on his lap and rubbing them. 
"They learned how to move which I hate. I mean I don't hate it but I hate the pain. Got my back hurting and shit. Like one of them literally got they elbow on my bladder. And then whenever you start talking they move even more." I rambled. 
"I would say if I could take the pain away I would but I kinda already did that." He chuckled. 
"I still don't understand why you throw up instead of me." I laughed. 
"Dede someone is outside." MJ said and I turned around seeing him staring out the window. 
"Who the hell.." He mumbled getting up and looking out the window. 
"Come here bud." I said patting the spot next to me. 
"Mama get in the bathroom the closet something." He said going under the bed grabbing something.
I picked MJ up and grabbed my phone going into the closet. I had no idea what he was about to do and I didn't wanna know. 
"Sage what's dede doing?" He asked.
"He's just talking to someone, but why don't you play Roblox while we wait for him?" I asked handing him my phone. 
I sat at my vanity looking at my eyebrows that needed to be done when I felt my stomach get really tight. 
"No no no, not again." I mumbled pulling my shirt up and rubbing my stomach. 
"Please make it babies, please I can't wait to see yall and kiss yall and find out what you guys are and see you crawl and walk and t-talk, please." I said as my voice cracked and a tear fell down my face. 
The pain went away and I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding. 
"Mama what's wrong with you?" Mekai asked walking up behind me. 
"I think I'm having another one bubba." I sighed getting up. 
"Wait.. you tryna tell me you finna pop out some triplets? Hell nah bruh my nut ain't that strong." 
"I-no I'm not having triplets but I think I'm having another miscarriage." I pouted hugging him. 
"I wanna hug too!" MJ said squeezing between us. I laughed about to pick him up but I felt that same tightening. 
"Bubba." I whined hugging him tighter. 
"You wanna go to the hospital mama?" He asked rubbing my back. 
"I don't know." I shrugged looking down at my stomach as the pain went away. 
"Can you explain what a contraction feels like? Or like what Trina told you it was like." I asked looking up at him. 
"She said her stomach got tight and shit and she was crying like crazy. I was in that bitch panicking." He chuckled picking MJ up. 
"I-I think it's a contraction then. Bubba!" I whined feeling myself about to cry. 
"Ight umm, MJ go get yo shoes on." Mekai said putting MJ down as he ran out the room. 
"Calm down for me mama." He whispered softly in my ear while rubbing my back.
I wrapped my arms around him tighter as the pain got worse. 
"I'm scared baby." I sniffed pulling away from him. 
"Come on, you still hurting?" He asked grabbing my hand. I shook my head no as we walked out the closet. I grabbed some sweats out of the dresser and quickly slid them on watching him put a shirt on. 
Once everyone ended up getting dressed we went to the hospital. I'm tired of this place. 
"Hello I'm Dr. Carter, what seems to be the issue?" He asked walking in. I was in the middle of what I think is a contraction so Mekai spoke for me. 
"Well we think she in labor but I honestly think it's them Braxton Hicks thingys." He shrugged as I grabbed on the railing feeling the pain get worse. 
"Yeah what he said." I sighed rubbing my stomach as the pain went away. 
"Okay um.." he started pulling a chair out and sitting down with a clipboard. 
"Your water didn't break correct?" He asked and I nodded. 
"Any bleeding?" 
"Nope." I shook my head. 
"How long has it been happening?" 
"Like 2 ish hours? Kind of." I said closing my eyes tight as the pain came back. 
"How far apart are they?" He asked getting up. 
"Like 5 minutes, but not every 5 minutes. " I managed to get out grabbing Mekais hand and squeezing it. 
"They kinda irregular." Mekai nodded handing MJ his phone.
"I'm gonna do a quick ultrasound then a cervical exam." He said setting the machine up. I pulled my shirt up and he began squirting the gel on my stomach. That felt great considering my stomach was so tight right now. 
He moved the probe around and looked at the screen with a confused look. I glanced over at Mekai who was tapping his foot. 
"Well baby A is visible but I don't see baby B." He said moving it around. I felt my entire world freeze. Please tell me it's still hiding and I didn't lose my baby again. 
"Oh! There they are. Sorry about that, but baby B decided to play hide and seek." He chuckled printing a picture and handing it to Mekai. I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding. He wiped off my stomach before slipping gloves on. I grabbed Mekais hand cause I knew this would hurt like a bitch. 
I hissed at the pain of him literally pinching my cervix. 
"Well you are 1 centimeter dilated, but I wouldn't worry too much. These are just normal Braxton Hicks you're experiencing. They should go away on their own." He explained throwing the gloves away.
I sighed at the thought of my babies being born early. If I had to I would carry them extra time just to make sure they were okay.
