Sage POV
Few weeks later 
I was finally 14 weeks and we had a doctors appointment. It was so weird and crazy to be in my 2nd trimester. I was gonna get the envelope and give it to Ash so she could plan the gender reveal.  I also was gonna meet Meijai so my day was full. 
"Mama." I heard Mekai call from the bathroom. Oh yeah he still gets my morning sickness, I feel bad. 
"I'm sorry bubba." I pouted walking in the bathroom and seeing throwing up into the toilet.
"It's alright but can you think of some I stomach?" He chuckled getting up and brushing his teeth. 
"I'll see." I said kissing his cheek and walking downstairs. 
I realized it was only Thursday and I still had work. So I had to go to this appointment, go to work, work for the 2 hours I missed, come home eat dinner with his brother, and take care of Sachi cause my mom needed a babysitter again? How in the hell was I gonna do that? 
"Whatchu thinking about?" Mekai asked wrapping his arms around my waist. I turned around and looked up at him before starting to cry into his chest. 
"Baby what's wrong? Who I gotta kill?" He asked rubbing my back. 
"I-it's just too much to do in one day bubba." I sniffed pouting. I was so emotional for no reason. 
"Ight mama ion want you working this job nomo. If you got me then we straight." He said kissing my forehead and wiping my eyes. 
"But I like working.. I like feeling independent." I sighed looking in the cabinet for something he could actually keep down. 
"You can still be independent mama, but youn gotta stress yourself out doing it." He shrugged sitting on the counter. I rolled my eyes and grabbed the graham crackers. 
"Here." I said handing them to him and going upstairs. I didn't know why I had a attitude with him but I kinda wanted him to fuck me up so I'm gonna keep it up. I went into the closet and picked out an outfit. I pulled my natural hair into a puff and put my lashes on.
Once I got dressed up, I peeped downstairs and Mekai was sitting on his phone. 
"Lazy bitch gonna make us late." I said loud enough for him to hear. 
"Good morning Sage." MJ yawned coming down the hall. 
"Awl good morning sleepy. Whatchu wanna wear then we can eat." I said picking him up and walking in his room.
"This!" He smiled picking up his red adidas tracksuit. 
I grabbed it and left him to brush his teeth and everything while I went to see if Mekai was getting ready. Still wasn't. 
"I fucking hate him." I scoffed loud enough for him to hear. 
"Sage can you come here right quick?" He asked in his white lady voice turning around. I smiled in my head as I rolled my eyes and went downstairs. 
"Come closer." He chuckled motioning his hands as I inched closer to him. 
He grabbed my neck and pinned me up against the wall looking straight in my eyes. 
"Ight I get you have yo lil mood swings, and I know you don't wanna be late. I let the shit slide when you called me a bitch but now you saying you hate me? For what Sage?" He asked tilting his head. 
"Cause I do." I shrugged trying hard not to laugh. That would make it worse. 
"Oh deadass? Ight once we go to this appointment and take him to Meijais, we gon see if you still hate me." He nodded letting go and walking upstairs.
I had to check and make sure my water didn't break. This dude was so fine. I sat at the island and  pulled my shirt up looking at my stomach. I was thinking about how different life is gonna be. Trying to balance 2 kids in the house, sometimes 3, and school. It's gonna be crazy busy. I also was thinking about baby names. Some that were girl names and boy names, I wanted them all to start with S though. 
Saria? Serene? Love that. Saint? Salem? Ooh. 
"Come on Sage." Mekai said grabbing the keys.
I rolled my eyes and got up getting my phone and purse. Once we went outside and got MJ situated in the back there was a lot of tension in the front seats.
"You were supposed to turn right there." I said rolling my eyes. 
"I know where I'm going." He chuckled shaking his head.
I smacked my lips and put my attention back on my phone. Once we got there I got out the car and helped MJ out of the car. 
"We here again?" He groaned facepalming and shaking his head. 
"Yeah bud and this won't be the last time." I laughed walking in as Mekai went to sign me in. I rubbed my back as I let MJ sit on my lap when Mekai sat next to me. 
"Why you being so mean?" I asked glancing at him. 
"I'm not." He shrugged. 
"Sage Bryant?" The nurse called. I smacked my lips and got up trying to hold his hand but he pulled away. Now he's just being dramatic. 
I sat up on the table rubbing my leg waiting on the doctor while MJ played on my phone. 
"Hi Sage!" Dr. Martin smiled closing the door behind her. 
I smiled and waved looking over at Mekai who was busy on his phone. I shook my head cause the least he could do was pay attention to the doctor. 
"Alright you know the drill." She said doing whatever to the ultrasound machine. I laid back pulling my shirt up and smiling at how big I was getting. 
She put the gel on my stomach and moved the probe around until a loud heartbeat filled the room. I wanted to cry since this was the first time I ever heard it. 
"Damn." He chuckled rubbing my hand. 
"Finally." I mumbled. 
"And we didn't wanna know the gender right?" She asked grabbing a pen. 
"Right." I nodded. 
"Okay, I'm so excited for you guys! I really wanna tell you." She laughed writing it down and putting it into an envelope. 
"I'm gonna take your blood pressure really quick." She said wrapping the thing around my arm. 
Once she was done she looked back at the ultrasound and raised her eyebrow. 
"Now I know your baby doesn't have 4 legs.." she carried out moving the probe around again. I was very much confused.
"Wait what?" Mekai asked sitting up. 
"I think it's twins again, let me make sure." She said moving it around and pressing down really hard. I hissed feeling something moving around inside me. 
"Hell is going on.." I mumbled looking at the screen. 
"Did you feel that?" She laughed. I nodded just wanting to know what's wrong. If it was twins again I think I would pass out. 
"Ohh okay, here it is." She said pointing 2 fingers at the screen. 
"So it's twins again?" I asked raising an eyebrow. 
"Yes ma'am, I think baby B was hiding behind baby A." She smiled writing another gender down and sliding it in the envelope. 
"I'm gonna cry." I pouted blinking back tears. 
"We got em back mama." He smiled kissing me.
