Y/n's POV - 
                          
"Draco told me about his little moment with you." Narcissa said breaking the silence. 
                          
"Oh yeah it was a communication problem between both of us." I said mixing the drinks.
                          
"No. Y/n i didn't raise Draco to be that way, I loved that you stood up and smacked him." 
                          
"You heard about that? I'm really sorry I'm not usually that rough." 
                          
"No no as his mother I would've smacked him too. Don't worry darling." She said bringing her hand to cuff my face. 
                          
"Dinners ready let's go eat." She said linking our arms in a link. 
                          
We walked out to see the Zabini family sitting at the table, Draco's father at the head of the table sitting with Draco and the rest standing. I took a seat next to Draco and across from us the Zabinis. 
                          
"Looks like you made a good impression on my mom." Draco said leaning over whispering in my ear. 
                          
"What was that Draco?" Lucius asked sternly. 
                          
"Sorry father I was just saying y/n seemed to make a good impression on mother." 
                          
"Oh she did, did she?" 
                          
"Lucius, calm. I actually agree with Draco. Y/n is great to talk to." She said looking past Draco and at me. 
                          
"Thank you Mrs. Malfoy." I said nodding.
                          
"Please call me Narcissa, now y/n I heard you volunteered with the parentless kids at Hogwarts." 
                          
"Oh yes ma'am. The kids deserve just as good of a Christmas as we do." I said while the other families sat and started to eat. 
                          
"You're so good to them. Draco tells me that they call you their own mother and even look up to you as their own." 
                          
I nodded taking a sip out of my drink. "Yes Draco's been a great help with them too. They call him dad sometimes aswell." I said as Draco and I looked at each other laughing. 
                          
"What are they going to do once you are gone Draco?" Lucius asked while harshly setting down his silverware. 
                          
"Father not here." 
                          
"No seriously tell me y/n. Those kids look up to you but what are they going to do once you're gone?"
                          
"Sir in all respect, I have a job to help out at Hogwarts and even teach. They won't miss me one bit sir." I said looking him directly in the eyes. 
                          
"Y/n you never told us that congrats." Pansy said now speaking out. 
                          
"Yeah y/n that's amazing, I can't believe that." Draco said leaning over and kissing me on the cheek. 
                          
I nodded and turned back down to eat. 
                          
"It's sad don't you think that the chance of Draco's kids might be sorted into Gryffindor." Lucius said.
                          
"Lucius Malfoy ENOUGH." Narcissa said standing from the table. 
                          
All I could do was look down and hide my eyes with shame.
