Days go by
A thousand voices clamoring for attention
Why not take some time
There
Set aside
To listen
Not to them
But to really listen and think and wonder
About your place in the world
What it all means the way it fits in
We all rush along
But why?
Stop and listen
Listen
I can think of a place where you can
Set aside
All your cares
Think deeply
If you'd asked me a couple of hours or more ago
I wouldn't have said the same thing, maybe
But now-
I understand
There is peace
Truly
Truly there is
Somewhere in the world
And that
Gives me
Hope
Enough to carry me through the next little bit at least
Stop and breathe and remember
Your place
In all of it
You still
Have a small sense of wonder inside
Feed it
Don't ignore it
Breathe
Remember this moment
This feeling
Remember it and feel at peace○○○○○○○○○○○
