HOLLY POV

The warmth of my bed brought joy to me, it reminded me of waking up in the morning to hear birds chirping and my mother playing the piano softly.

I moved around in this warm bed feeling every inch of its silk sheets. My bed doesn't feel like this? I thought to myself. I quickly remember what has happened in the past 24 hours

School...kidnapped...Elijah...MINE... bedroom. Well, that explains why I woke up in this magnificent room.

I walked over to the adjoining bathroom and washed my face with the products given. I combed my messy hair and put it in a messy bun. I then proceeded to head to the closet.

I picked out a cute white lace t-shirt that stopped right under my boobs. I paired it with dark wash skinny jeans that hugged my curves. I placed a brown snake print belt around my waist.

Knock, Knock

I heard a gentle knock escape the front door. Then entered Yolanda, she was wearing her usual attire; black dress, white apron, and her hair tied in a slick back bun. Her hair was a beautiful salt and pepper color bringing out her grey stormy eyes.

"Good morning dear, Elijah is waiting for you downstairs to accompany him for breakfast." She stated as she opened the door for me to leave.

A small smile grew on my face but didn't reach my eyes, I was good with masking my emotions.

I had to have breakfast with the devil himself!

I walked behind Yolanda as two guards who were stationed outside my room followed shortly behind.

This was the moment I took a good look at my surroundings, I made note of every window, every door, and every exit. I was escaping today, and that was final!

We made our way down the same flight of stairs I ran down yesterday. I looked at the door thinking if I made a run for it now I would be safe. But as that thought traveled across my eyes the guards who were standing beside the door moved to cover the exit.

I let out a silent huff as I kept walking behind Yoland until she stopped in front of two large wooden doors. "Here it is sweetie. Now please be on your best behavior around him, he gets angry sometimes!" she explained as she opened the wooden doors and pushed me in.

The doors closed immediately as I walked through. I walked into a massive living room. The ceilings were extremely high with a shiny chandelier descending from the eggshell white ceiling. It had plush furniture and a cozy fireplace.

The amazing smell of pancakes, bacon, and eggs danced through the rooms. My eyes flew to an open archway to a kitchen.

The kitchen was huge. It had a color scheme of black, dark blue, grey, and white. It is beautiful with a center counter that has a marble design and a row of cabinets stretched across the tiled wall.
