As the final credit reel played, George sat in silence, tears streaming down his face. Dream sat, dry-eyed, but with sorrow in his eyes. Dream never cried. He made it a point not to, in fact. George looked over at him, bewildered.
"That didn't even make you tear up?" George's face was plastered with shock. Dream chuckled at his expression.
"No, that was a good movie, though." Dream replied sincerely. He carefully inspected George's features, from the soft outline of his watery eyes to his surprisingly sharp jawline, dripping with tears. He couldn't help his eyes from lingering on George's lips. He noticed George look away shyly, squirming in the subtle attention he was receiving. Dream looked back up at the screen as the final moments of the credits played. He felt George's eyes on him, likely inspecting him as well, as he reached out nonchalantly to hide his grin and grab a fistful of popcorn.
