Nanami is a great cook (but that's kinda canon) and knows a lot of danish recipes.
His grandfather is danish and he taught him a lot of recipes when he was younger because Nanami was always watching his grandfather cooking when he was younger so he decided that he would teach him how to bake and cook some danish things.
His grandfather used to be a cook and had his own restaurant once in Denmark, but eventually decided that he would quit when Nanamis mother was born.
And after little Nanami was born, he saw him as a chance to teach him the things he knows and took it.
Until this day, Nanami and his grandfather (who is still alive!) have a close relationship and Nanami sometimes visits him with his favorite cake which he baked.
