Winter went inside the house with anger filling her heart, for some reason she wanted to beat the shit out of those punks but she knew she's not capable of doing it
She helped Karina lay on the couch of their living room, and as usual Ms. Kim isn't around.
Karina lay down, eyes shut closed.
Winter sighed deeply, Karina was reeking of alcohol. She knew the girl was drunk, not only drunk but with a high fever too.
"Help yourself, let's get to my room. I can't take your clothes off here, those perverts might come back." Winter whispered
"W-what? Y-you're going t-to take my clothes off?" Karina weakly asked
Winter figured how inappropriate it sounded, her cheeks flushed red.
"What I mean is I'll change your clothes if that's fine with you... you reek of alcohol." Winter remarked
Karina only nodded her head, feeling fragile. Her alcohol tolerance isn't that high but she still drank like there was no tomorrow.
Winter's having a hard time to pull Karina upstairs, she figured she'd just give the girl a backride which is surprisingly successful cuz they arrived at her room without causing trouble
Karina groaned soon as her back slumped on the soft foam. Winter chased her breath, the girl was heavy.
"Okay," Winter whispered
"I'll get some warm water first, I'll be right back."
Karina hummed, her throat feels dry and her eyes are blurry. She wanted to cry all of a sudden... she don't know if it's because of Winter or because of the alcohol
She sat up while holding her head, her world is spinning crazily.
"Here drink this," Winter handed her a glass of water which she accepted and drank immediately
Karina opened her eyes as they both made an eye contact
"Was I dreaming?" She asked with such lonely voice
Winter was baffled by her sudden question.
"You're not," Winter replied, she wanted to clean the girl so she could rest already but Karina remained still, staring at Winter's facial features like it's been long since they last saw each other
"God... I don't know why I'm feeling this," Karina mumbled
"Are you hurt?" Winter worriedly asked, she's perplexed with herself. She doesn't usually care about Karina but here she is taking care of the drunk girl
"Yes,"
"Where?"
"Right here," Karina said painfully as she pointed at her chest
Winter blinked several times, "Uh why does... it hurt?"
"I don't know, you tell me." Karina replied
"Ugh, just rest! We'll talk tomorrow," Winter helped Karina lay back down the bed, she fixed her pillows and blankets and when she was about to move away
Karina gripped her wrist tightly.
"I feel hot,"
Winter's mouth parted at her sudden remark. She recovered just as fast when she saw driplets of sweats forming on the side of her face and neck
"I'll get some towel, can you take your top off? Don't worry I won't look," Winter avoided her gaze
"I-I can't," Karina grunts
"Okay, I'll do it. Wait here!" Winter ordered while Karina sickly nodded her head
Winter took a bowl with warm water and a towel, she went back to her own room holding it. She put it beside the bed as she quickly compressed the towel and wipe it on Karina's face
She took the comforter off when she realized it must be the reason Karina feels hot.
"Are you feeling better?" Winter asked
Karina didn't reply.
"I'm g-gonna take your top off, is that o-okay?" Winter was flustered and she can't understand why, her voice keeps shaking.
Just like her first question, it was unanswered
She slowly and carefully unbutton Karina's flannel shirt and when she's three more buttons down she stops. Debating whether to continue or not.
'It's not like I'm doing something wrong... it was fine with her right? Should I really do this?' Winter bit her lower lip and with heavy breaths she successfully unfastened the last three button
Now she has to open it and take it off of Karina's body, or maybe she doesn't have to.
Winter roamed her eyes around her room like it was her first time there, looking everywhere except Karina's exposed body.
She dipped the towel on the warm water and squeezed it tightly before wiping it on Karina's neck and collarbone
She didn't even realize how badly she's shaking at this point.
"Ahh," Karina left out a soft moan when the towel hits her stomach and for some reason it gave tingles down Winter's spine
Butterflies are already camping on her stomach as she tries her best to look at Karina's body without showing how much she's affected by all of this.
"A-are you alright?" Karina softly asked, coughing a little
"I-I thought you're sleeping," Winter gasped
"I was but then I felt a weird thing brushing on my stomach and it was your towel," Karina chuckled a little
"I see," Winter cleared her throat
"Do you still feel hot?"
"A little," Karina replied
"My head hurts and I don't know what I'm saying right now," She added
Winter giggled uncontrollably then she pursed her lips
"I don't know if it's just me but did you just giggle?" Karina flashed a small smile
"No, your ears are tripping." Winter coldly said
"All done," Winter stood up, though she's not really sure if she wiped all the necessary parts of Karina's body where she felt hot
Karina gripped her wrist again and pulled her closer making their faces a few inches apart that they could almost smell each other's breaths
"Winter," She called, and it happened again. The weird thing travelling in her spine and the warm fuzzy feeling in her stomach
Winter was too shock to even respond
"Your voice sounded heavenly when you called my name," Karina gravelly said as her grip slowly loosened on Winter's wrist and she fell back to sleep
Winter walked backwards, eyes widening at the passed out girl on her bed. She felt like her head's going to explode and her blood pressure went higher.
She fisted her hand on her chest to stop her heart from pounding loudly out of it.
"What the hell is this?" She nervously asked herself
