I nodded."I know.Are you ordering or not?""Hello?!I'm ordering!"We ordered the chicken wings and she still didn't notice!Chicken wings is what I craved while I was pregnant the first time around.
                          
We lived off of this stuff while Gideon's dad made them so fucking delicious!
                          
"So,what did she want?""A play date with the twins and Elijah.I think she didn't realise it was you,or she'd talk to you about this.She knows I'm not a social butterfly like you."

Lux answered the phone and got it on speaker."I'm coming to pick you up.""Wait!Why?!"He sighed."Because I missed you and I'm bored out of my fucking mind because of work?"
                          
"Sorin,no.Go back to work.What are you running from?""Meeting with Lorenzo?He's coming in a few hours and I know he'll let me postpone the meeting until their ball if I tell him I wanted to spend time with you."
                          
I turned to Lux.She gave me a nod and left."What ball?!""Annual ball that your brothers have every year at the begining of July."
                          
"Sorin!I have no dress!And don't tell me you got me one because I won't fit in it!"He groaned."I noticed you gained a little but I still love you!Who cares?!"

I hung up and I knew he wouldn't go against me now.I called in Lux."We're going dress shopping."She giggled and when I stood up,I felt dizzy.
                          
Lux ended up driving the car to the mall.We spent a few hours but sat down for dinner at the end."I'm going to call Sorin about this meeting with my brother."
                          
"Sure,I'll call the nanny and check the kids.""Thanks."We both took out our phones and Sorin answered right away.
                          
"Vitale,just five minutes.It's your sister.My fiancée?""Why didn't you tell me then?Say hi to Maria."Sorin sighed and I heard him get out of the meeting room.
                          
"Hey,you alright?""We're alright.Lux and I got our dresses by the way."He sighed."You know I love you regardless,right?"I internally groaned.

"Alright.I'll be here for a few more hours.I'll text you or call you but my battery is dying.Just in case I can't contact you or you won't be able to contact me."
