Third-person POV:
                          
It was about 7:00 P.M. and Karl was reading a book. Karl could tell that it was storming out but he was trying to ignore it. Quackity and Sapnap didn't know but Karl is afraid of lightning (and thunder) for multiple reasons. Good thing the thunder wasn't that loud. Thunder made lightning seem more "scary" and ominous. 
                          
"Hey Karl, what are you doing?" Quackity asked me. Karl hadn't noticed him walk in so Quackity surprised him.
                          
"Oh, I'm reading a book," Karl said then smiled at him.
                          
"What kind of book?" Quackity asked.
                          
"It's called Hostage by um... Guy Delisle." Karl replied. (yes it is a real book and it's really good-)
                          
"Oh ok..." Quackity said nervously.
                          
"Are you alright Quackity? huh- H-HEY!" 
                          
Suddenly there was a bag on Karls head and he was being taken from what he could tell was downstairs. 
                          
"Quackity! You weren't supposed to put a bag on his head! He might pass out get it off him, idiot!" 
                          
Quackity took the bag off of Karls head. He was in the kitchen.  
                          
"What did you need?" Karl asked knowing that they wanted something.
                          
"C'mon!" Quackity said while grabbing Karls hand and pulling him over to the door.
                          
"Q-Quackity! What are you doing?!" Karl asked/yelled.
                          
"Nothing!" Quackity replied.
                          
Karl could hear the thunder outside. He was scared. He didn't notice that he was outside with Quackity and Sapnap. Quackity was running around and Sapnap was trying to talk to Karl because he noticed that something was wrong with him. Karl hadn't even noticed how much he was shaking. 
                          
Karl then ran back inside and ran into a bathroom he closed the door and sat down. He was breathing heavily he closed his eyes and tried to calm himself down. 
                          
"Karl?!" Sapnap yelled. "Karl are you in there?"
                          
"Y-yeah..." Karl said quietly.
                          
"Karl, can you please come out?" Sapnap said in a calming way.
                          
Karl opened the door and immediately hugged Sapnap. Karl was crying.
                          
"I'm sorry Karl," Quackity said feeling guilty.
                          
"It's okay Quackity. you didn't know. I should've told you."
                          
They all had a group hug and watched a movie
