Chapter seven

                                    

                                          
"It's only been a moon and we've encountered like seventeen rouges. Vultureclaw we need orders! "Fallenarrow urgently meowed.
                          
"We need... More patrols. "He mewed softly.
                          
"No what we need to do is take out all those rouges at the barn. "Robinflight hissed. "They already took some of our warriors, your sister too Fallenarrow. "
                          
"No their are kits there, and queens. They might not be fighting, some rouges aren't fighting us. "Fallenarrow mewed, ignoring Robinflight's speech about her sister.
                          
"We can't just wait around for them to attack us Fallenarrow! It's either them, or us. They took out Thunderclan! "Robinflight said, his tail lashing.
                          
"We'll do more patrols, any cat you see not of Windclan attack them. I want all warriors to patrol, dawn till dusk. You can come back to camp if you catch prey, we need it. And if you need a rest feel free to come back. But I want cats to patrol. "He mewed.
                          
Fallenarrow nodded and walked outside the medicine cats den. "As acting deputy until Vultureclaw's better, I call a patrol meeting. "She mewed, watching cats circle around tall rock.
                          
"Is he getting better atleast? "A cat meowed.
                          
"Yes, due to his orders, every warrior will patrol dawn till dusk. You can come back to camp if you catch prey, we need it. And if you need a rest feel free to come back. "She mewed looking at the cats. "That's all then, you are dismissed. "
                          
The cats dispersed and went to patrol.
                          
"I'll be going too. "Fallenarrow mewed, padding off.
                          


                          


                          


                          
Dusk was setting over the cats, they returned to their camp to rest.
                          
"Fallenarrow? "Flinteyes mewed softly.
                          
"I'm trying to sleep- what? "She mewed, looking up at him.
                          
"I'm going out. I'll be back soon, see you later. "He padded off.
                          
"Bye. "She mewed before returning to sleep.
                          


                          


                          


                          
Fallenarrow and some of the other warriors woke up to yowls and hisses, they jumped out of the den to see a group of rouges.
                          
"Brightstar! Vultureclaw! "Fallenarrow hissed seeing rouges around them. Then a rouge tackled her, he had her pinned his mouth opened like he was about to kill her.
                          
"Odile! Not that cat. Remember? "A cat she knew as Conner spoke, and the cat who had her pinned let her up.
                          
She dashed to the leader and deputy, only to be tackled by Conner.
                          
"Let me up! "She hissed. "Get off me. "She tried to push the rouge off. 
                          
"Look Fallenarrow, the cat... Doesn't want us to hurt you, only the entire clan. "Conner said while his tail lashed behind him.
                          
"Who! Who is it? "She hissed.
                          
"I'm not allowed to tell you that. "Conner mewed, letting the warrior up. Cats ran into each other around them.
                          
She looked around and saw a cat on Sugarorchid, he had her pinned.
                          
"Hold on Sugarorchid! "She mewed racing at the cat, pushing him off her. She had him pinned, until someone ran into her, another rouge she didn't know.
                          
"Look kitten, just back up and run away. You'll be safe from danger. "A rouge from behind hissed.
                          
 She spun around, and gave a small hiss at him. "I'm a Windclan warrior! I will die before I abandon my clan! "
                          
She looked at Sugarorchid, she wasn't breathing.
                          
"Come on rouges we need to fight. "A cat mewed as others followed them.
                          
"Sugarorchid wake up. "Fallenarrow mewed touching her pelt. She was colder then normal, the warmth was leaving her body.
                          
She heard yowls and looked around, many of her clanmates were dead. Only a few stood. Her, Flinteyes, Robinflight, Smallyowl, Brightstar and Vultureclaw. 
                          
Vultureclaw was pinned by a rouge, who had his teeth in his scruff, suffocating him. She jumped and got the rouge off the deputy, giving a hiss at the other rouges.
                          
"Fallenarrow- G-get out of here... It's not s-safe.. "He mewed, she knew he was on the edge of death.
                          
"I won't abandon my clan. "She hissed. "Even if only a pawfull are alive. "
                          
Then a cat hit her in her side, making her tumble. She stood up and hissed at him, but it was Flinteyes.
                          
"Stand down Fallenarrow. Join us, please. "He mewed.
                          
"Wh-what... Now isn't the time for jokes! "She hissed.
                          
She looked and saw Vultureclaw, the rouges had killed him.
                          
"Wh-why...? Why Flinteyes..? "She mewed to him. His tail lashed as he turned, not giving her an answer.
                          
The rouges had Robinflight cornered, Brightstar was dead, everyone was dead.
                          
"Fallenarrow- "She heard a whisper, Smallyowl.
                          
"Run- You need to run... "She mewed softly.
                          
"But- Where...? "The tiny tom mewed.
                          
"Riverclan- Shadowclan... Just go! "She hissed in a hushed tone.
                          
The tom nodded and ran out of there, she felt sorry for him. As he lost two clans to the rouges.
                          
"Flinteyes, as your command Fallenarrow and Robinflight are alive. And now Windclan is ours. "Conner mewed from on Tallrock.
                          
"Yes, Windclan is now your territory. Come you too. "Flinteyes mewed to Robinflight and Fallenarrow.
                          
"No way. "Robinflight mewed.
                          
 Fallenarrow was too scared and sad that her mentor would do this, she couldn't move.
                          
"Come on, you two are the best cat's. I did this for us. "Flinteyes mewed.
                          
"You're a traitor! My own apprentice! "Robinflight jumped at him trying to kill him. Flinteyes grabbed his neck, and didn't let go till the warrior fell limp.
                          
"Sorry Robinflight, you caused that. "He mumbled. "Come on Fallenarrow, lets go. "
                          
"All those cats- Flintyes... "She mewed softly.
                          
"Yeah, they were followers to Brightstar and Vultureclaw, two bad deputys and leaders. "He hissed.
                          
"Flinteyes- You took an oath to protect the clan... To be loyal to it. "She mewed softly.
                          
"Brightstar was a bad leader. Vultureclaw didn't even do his job right. "Flinteyes hissed.
                          
"He was a great deputy! "She yowled. "But you- Of all cats... Did- Did you kill my mother..? My sister? You killed my other sisters! What about my brothers? "Her tail lashed.
                          
"No no! I would never, Oakpaw and Pinepaw were cats that I loved. You're a cat I love. I never liked Patchtail but I would never kill her. "Flinteyes mewed.
                          
"What about Sugarorchid? Rainblood! "She yowled.
                          
"I'm sorry about them- But they had to go. You weren't even that close to them. "Flinteyes hissed.
                          
"My own mentor- I should have... Never warned my mother about your paw, see how you'd like it if you died! And lost all you love! "She hissed.
                          
Conner and the other rouges surround the two warriors, waiting for Flinteyes to give the signal to kill Fallenarrow.
