"Have a seat." said Tommy, while pointing towards a chair. "Mhm" she said while sitting on a chair. "So, I have been informed that we are going to open one of our jewelry stores in one of your hotels in New York. Is that correct?" said Tommy, placing a binder full of papers in front of him. "Yes, that is correct and there is an issue with the lease, it seems. Would you like to know it?" said Vanessa, while one of the people she brought with handed her a black leather binder. "I thought we had bought the space?" Tommy said looking up at Vanessa. "Well it is a lease which your company issued, it's for indefinite amount years. And then it would be your choice whether you want to buy it." she said smiling at Tommy. "So what's the problem?" said Tommy. "Well it seems that your lease agreement doesn't have a minimum amount of years, so it would be a bit unfair on our part. Since you could just terminate the lease at any point given. So, that is why the lease term agreement has problems." said Vanessa. "Hm, may I have a look at it?" said Tommy, while putting his hand out, "Sure, section 6 paragraph 9." said Vanessa while handing him the black leather binder. "Hm, I'll look over it. I'll get back to you soon. Also do you still have the house here in Nottingham? I remember you having a house here, which was just as big as this one. So I highly doubt that you guys would sell it in just 2 years." said Tommy. "Well yes, I do have it. It's just over this one. Like there is a house beside this one and then there is mine." she said smiling. "So, are you going to stay there?" Tommy asked her while opening the leather binder and flipping the pages. "Yes, that would be my permanent residence. Since I attend online college." said Vanessa. "Ah, that's great we can talk everyday then." Tommy said smiling. "I know, just like the old days. It would be so great." she said clapping her hands. "Yes." Tommy said, reciprocating the smile. "So, i guess the situation is under control. So, we have time to talk now." said Vanessa. "Yes, although I would like to head out from the meeting hall and go to the living room. Maybe we could watch a movie or something?" said Tommy now getting up and giving the black binder to one of his men. The two headed out, they were just talking when Vanessa brought up Tommy's streams, the boy was taken back a bit. But told her that he started doing it to get rid of his loneliness. Vanessa said that she understood and supported him. She also told him that she was promoted to the fourth year in her college of business management. Tommy told her that he was also promoted, this only brought the two's friendship closer. Tommy and Vanessa also bonded on their love for books, since both of their houses in Nottingham had huge private libraries they had plenty of books to keep them busy. Soon the conversation was brought upon Tommy's friends, his online friends at that. The others could still hear the two's conversation and were talking amongst them about the conversation as well. "So, Tubbo or Toby I think, I hear he is your best friend." said Vanessa, Tommy's eyes widened at the shifter's remark. (Just to confirm Tommy is 6'3 and Vanessa is 6'1) "No one could ever replace you Vanessa, don't ever think that I'll replace you. Yes Toby is a great friend and I do consider him my best friend, I will never replace you. Plus I just think that Toby has found a better person." said Tommy while hugging Vanessa, but after hearing Tommy's words Vanessa quickly separated. "What do you mean by found someone better than you? I don't think anyone could be better than you." said Vanessa looking at Tommy with caring eyes. "Hm, guess you are wrong then Vanessa, I think he has. Ranboo is far better when compared to me." said Tommy looking down. Vanessa hugged Tommy and said "Don't think like that Toms, no one will ever replace you again. No one is like Ronald, I know it was really bad for you when Ronald replaced you, but trust me neither Tubbo nor me would ever do this to you. We all adore you." Little did she know these words meant a lot to Tommy, he started rubbing his eyes trying to stop the tears from rolling down, Vanessa helped him calm down and they went and sat down onto a couch nearby. The others upstairs could both see and hear everything. "Why would he think that?" Tubbo said sobbing. "Who the fuck is Ronald and what the fuck did he do to my little brother?!" said Wilbur fuming with anger. "Calm down Will, let's calm Tubbo right now and then we'll see about Ronald." said Techno grabbing Will's shoulder, he was just as angry and sad about the whole situation. "Also when do you plan on making your friends come out?" said Vanessa looking at Tommy. Tommy looked a bit shocked and said "Wh- What do you mean Vanny?" "They are terrible at hiding, I noticed them as soon as I came here." said Vanessa. "You are right, I'll go get them." he said standing up. Tommy headed up the stairs to one of the room which held the people of the dream smp. "Come on guys, you have been caught. Vanessa wants to meet you." The others looked a bit embarrassed and shocked but went down to where Vanessa was. Vanessa stood up and held a hand out "You all must be Thomas's friends. It's a pleasure finally meeting you." said Vanessa while shaking Dream's hand. "Same miss Blackwood, it's a pleasure meeting you." said Dream. "Oh please, call me Vanessa. Any friend of Tom's is a friend of mine." said Vanessa, retracting her hand. They all at down in the living room and watched a movie together.
