Zill's POV
I flew home to my dads warehouse. I rested my hands on my desk and glared at the wall. I yelled out in frustration and shoved everything off my desk. I stormed to my room and kicked the door closed. I hate this place. I never wanted this life. When it was all pushed on me, I was to young to know anything I wanted. And it's all his fault. I'm living up to a legacy that I don't want. Most days, I'd rather die than leave my bed. My phone rang. "What do you want Gold?" I groaned. She started going on and on about something and I just hung up. I don't have the patience for her shit right now. She called again and I groaned as I picked it up. "What?!" I snapped. "Have you seen the news?" She asked. "No. Why would I watch that crap?" I asked. "You might want to." She said. "Why? I'm sure you're about to tell it to me anyway." I rolled my eyes. "You know those heroes your dad killed?" She asked. I frowned. "Uh huh." I said, unamused. "Well they have a daughter. And now she's a super hero too! People have pitted you two against each other." she said. My eyes widened and I looked it up on my phone. My jaw dropped slightly. "This is my chance..." I whispered to myself. "What?" Gold asked. I hung up on her and threw my phone aside. Maybe there is hope for me.

...

Zex worked at the space station. He seemed like a good person but he wasnt. There was an intern at the space station that caught his eye. Christy Myers. She was 15. She was only there to get people coffee and other unimportant tasks. Christy knew that Zex had an eye for her but she would always ignore it and keep walking. This didn't matter to Zex. One day he grabbed her out of a hallway and dragged her into an empty room. That was when he raped her. Two weeks later Christy quit her internship. She never told anyone about the incident. Soon after, Zex left for the moon. What he didn't know was that Christy was pregnant.

Five years later, Zex came down from the moon. He wanted to see what was new with the world so he went through his old social media feed. He had forgotten that he followed a certain young female and seeing her with a baby surely shocked him. So he searched for her. He never told his friends about what he was doing. Zex soon found that he wanted more power than he had and turned into a villain. Heather's parents tried to reason with him, but he was power hungry. There was no stopping him. They were forced to fight him, and as a result, they died in the battle. Shortly after that he found Christy's house. This was the conversation they had.

*Knock Knock* Christy opened the door. The smile on her face faded. "You age well" Zex smiled. "I don't want you here" Christy said. "I saw your posts. Is she mine?" He asked. Christy stayed silent. "Just let me see her." he said. "No. I'm never letting you near her." she shook her head. "Than tell me her name" he said. "If I tell you, will you leave?" she asked. "Fine" he shrugged. Before Christy could speak there was a tug on her shirt. "Mommy whos that?" A young Zill asked. "Sarah go to your room!" Christy panicked. Zex stared at the young girl in wonder. That was his daughter. "No! I wanna know who it is!" Zill said. Christy groaned and picked her up. "Hi" Zill looked at her father. "Hi" he greeted. Zill looked at Zex with curiosity. "What's your name little one?" He asked. "I'm Sarah" Zill smiled. "Ok, you have her name now leave" Christy snapped. "No. She's my daughter. I'm not leaving her." Zex snapped back. "You did the first time. It shouldn't be so hard" Christy said. "You're my dad?" Zill asked. "Yes I am" he said. Christy snarled at him. Zill smiled and her eyes widened. She always wanted to meet her father but her mom would never talk about him. "Its time for you to go" Christy said. "I'm not leaving" Zex smirked. "Yes. You are." Christy slammed the door. "No! Mom! I wanna talk to him!" Zill said. "SARAH ZILLIA MYERS. You will not talk to him ever again! He made my life a living Hell and I wont let him hurt you!" Christy yelled. Zill started to cry. Christy sighed and sat on the floor with her as she cried into her moms chest.

Zex was not happy. Two weeks later, he went back to that house at midnight. He broke into Zill's room and stole her. The glass breaking woke Christy. She ran to Zill's room but she was already gone. Christy dropped to her knees crying. She knew it was him who had taken her, and she knew that there was nothing she could do.

"Dad? What's happening? I don't understand!" Zill screamed in terror. Tears running down her face. "Calm down Sarah. Its all ok. Your mom doesn't want me to see you so I had to see you my own way" he said. Zill was scared now. Zex pulled out a glowing blue liquid. "No daughter of mine will be powerless now open up" he said. Zill didn't want to but he forced her mouth open and gave her the moon water. She drank it. "Ew" Zill said. Zex took a step back. Zill got confused but then she felt it. Zill rose from the ground, her eyes glowing, and in a burst of power was transformed into a super-human. She screamed out in pain and fell to the ground. She slowly lifted her head at her father. "Now we can train you. Zill" he smirked. She understood what her mother had said now and regretted everything she said about wanting a dad.

It didn't take long to realize that the same liquid that turned Zill was also their greatest weakness. To any human that may have ingested it, or to any Tublo, it was infectious just to be close to it. It was the only reason that Zex was able to be caught and sent to prison. Zill was 10 when he was arrested. She sat alone in her dads warehouse and had nothing to do but think back on her life so far. She hated herself. For not listening to her mother. For not fighting back with her father. For putting herself in the situation she was in.

Around seventh grade, she met the Arrows. Zill flew out of a bank at her top speed and hit something in the air. She couldn't see what it was until it was wrapped around her. It was a wire. Another girl wearing a black jacket and a gold mask slammed into her and the wire quickly tied around them. She could see now that it was from her grappling hook. "Way to go dumbass!" The girl said. They were falling. Zill used her magic to get out and left the other girl falling. Another girl in a black jacket and red mask caught her and swung them up to a building. "Who do you think you are?" Gold yelled. "Uh... Zill?" she said. She was in no mood for this. "Wow! This is the Zill. What a let down" Gold said. "What's that supposed to mean!" Zill snapped. "It means your less intimidating up close" Gold smirked. Red chuckled. Zill growled. "Oh no! I got her mad!" Gold said sarcastically. Red continued to laugh. Zill shot out her hand and raised Red into the air. Gold pulled back her arrow. "Put. Her. Down." Gold snarled. "An arrow wont hurt me" Zill shook her head. "You sure?" Gold raised an eyebrow. Zill sighed and put red down. "You really need to work on your anger issues. Learn to take a joke." Gold winked and they left.
