Aggressive hitting and abusive! Warning!

Malina woke to an empty bed. The only trace of Tom that was left was the wrinkled sheets. The room was cold and her gaze drifted to the open window, the wind blowing the dark green curtains.

She ran her hands through her hair as she got up, walking toward the tall wooden wardrobe. She pulled out a white button up and a navy blue hoodie, grabbing a white skirt to go with it.

She brushed her hair and applied concealer under her eyes, for her under eye circles had darkened from the previous night.

When she was finally ready, she made her way downstairs, greeting the people like she usually did as she walked by.

The boys were sitting at the kitchen counter, laughing and giggling as they watched the squib try to take down the beehive that sat just outside the kitchen window.

Malina wacked Abraxas in the arm when he silently casted a spell to make the hive fall but she gave him a wide grin when she turned around and she made her way toward the fridge; pulling out a box of fruits.

When they finally clamed themselves down, Marcus turned toward her. "Getting it on with Riddle, huh?" He asked while the boys gave a loud snort.

She stopped cutting her fruit and looked up, knife pointing toward him. "I am not getting it on with Riddle, Nott." She hissed. He threw his hands up in defense and gave an apologetic grin.

"What are your plans today?" Abraxas asked, snagging a piece of fruit from the cutting board.

"Nothing. Tom won't let me leave the house, so I'm stuck here." She aggressively cut the fruit when she finished her sentence.

"Ask him to let you come with us today." Marcus said. "I'm sure he'll let you come, knowing that you're with us."

"Knowing him, he'll say no. I don't understand why he doesn't trust me." she stated.

"I think he's scared of you." Marcus popped a piece of pineapple in his mouth and Malina chuckled.

"Scared? No way, what is there to be scared about?"

"Maybe, it's because you got some unknown power inside you. We've seen it before, Malina; even Tom couldn't beat that." Abraxas told her.

The room was silent for a moment and Malina indulged in her thoughts.

"I'm sure that is not true, he has locked me in here, that shows that he is not afraid of me."

"If you think about it, he may have locked you in here so that way you couldn't cause any destruction out there."

                                      ✻ ✻ ✻ ✻ ✻

It took a lot of convincing, but Tom finally let Malina go on the boys task with them. Apparently they were supposed to get some information out of a shop worker and it shouldn't be that hard of a job. That is what she thought.

"Malfoy, you have got to be kidding me. Do you even have the right address!" Malina said, walking up to Abraxas and snagging the piece of paper out of his hands.

They have been walking for the past hour trying to find this mans house, but what stood in front of them was a large wall.

Malina let out a deep sigh as she turned toward the street name, the same words written on the sign that were on the paper.

"This is ridiculous." She handed the paper back to him.

"Hey, you're the one that wanted to come with us." Rodolphus said.

"You invited me!"

Suddenly, her brain clicked and she turned toward the wall, snatching the paper from Abraxas hands once again.

"Malina wha-" He started but she cut him off when she walked over toward the wall.

"Remember the brick wall in Diagon Ally?" She asked, her hand tracing over the brick.

"Yeah?" Marcus said, all three of them walking toward the girl. "We know how to get in though, we don't know this one."

She glanced back at the paper and her eyes traveled over the address, her eyes snagging on the numbers.

She took out her wand and tapped on the bricks, matching the numbers that lay on the page. The wall split, revealing a small wooden house. She turned toward them, a large grin on her face.

"Malina, I cannot express the love that I have for you right now." Marcus said and she rolled her eyes, smiling as she turned away.

They walked up the stone steps, stopping at the front door. She glanced at Abraxas and he pulled out his wand, the rest of them followed. He unlocked the door and they stepped through the archway, lighting their wands as they stepped further.

A hand snagged around her mouth and she was pulled away, her back pressed against someone's front. The hand smelled terrible and she tried her best not to throw up.

A spell was fired from someone's wand and somehow all the boys were tied to a chair, all of their mouths covered in tape. The only person left standing was Malina and the guy that was covering her mouth, until more people stepped out of the shadows.

"Well, well, well. Look what we have here," a voice in front of her said. It was the man they were supposed to question. He walked up to her, his fingers trailing against her jaw, she tried to squirm away but he only chuckled and gripped her jaw harder.

"The Dark Lord was wrong about sending you here. You see, he hasn't been meeting his end of the deals and I always require payment." his eyes scanned around the room, moving from the tied up boys to her.

"I'll think I'll keep you as a reward, showing your dear old Lord to not mess with me." When he smiled, his old yellow teeth showed and she winced when the hand tied roped around her wrist. She tried to use her magic but nothing happened. Magical ropes

Suddenly, her heart started to pick up. She did not know what she was going to do, she was unable to use her magic and her body was wrapped tightly around the man behind her.

The strange man walked toward the three boys that sat tied in the chairs, his face getting real close to theirs.

"Tell the big man that this is what happens when you scam me."

She was now tied to a chair as well, the man no longer behind her but a piece of tape replacing his hand.

The man advanced toward her and a loud smack echoed across the room, her face turning from impact. Her eyes watered as he continued to hit her, she thought she felt someone kicked her but she couldn't know for sure, for her eyes were starting to swell and blood covered her face.

She didn't know when it stopped but when she was able to squint her eyes open, she was floating above the ground, darkness flowing around her. Bodies scattered around the ground, except one. The man that hit her had a wand pointed at his neck, a wand that belonged to The Dark Lord.

She didn't have time to react when she felt her mind become foggy and her body slumped toward the ground.
