Sita, was alone under the tree reminiscing some moments of her with Raghava..
"Perfect, now apply pressure on ur arms and triceps not on ur forearms "said Rama as he gently placed sita's arm on a different angle on the bow . He had been helping her improve her archery skills ,it was the 7th year of their exile
Sita streched her hand a bit more till her ears ,and concentrated on the apple that was hanging from the tree branch.. Rama had carved a small target on it. Sita was supposed to hit that target.
Her eyes were concentrated just on that point. She saw nothing except that  point. 'Swisshh ' she released the arrow,it shot and straight away hit the target, causing the fruit to fall down to the ground. A smile appeared on Sita's face ,finally she did it!!
"Bull's eye !!! Perfect Site !!" exclaimed Rama as he patted Sita.
"Thank you !! " laughed sita as she brought her hands together
"Bhabhi!! "said lakshman as he ran and picked up the fallen apple into the basket ,he had been collecting fruits.
" That was awesome Maata!! Ur awesome Maata " said Lakshman mouth agape  as he examined the fruit .
"Haha...Yes yes I'm awesome!! "she joked

''sita !!!'' a voice said ,it was Trijata ...reality dawned upon her ,she was not in dandakaranya now , she was in LANKA.

''what happened Trijata ?'' asked sita

Trijata did not reply..sita looked at what Trijata was staring at .

Ravan !!! and he was their with his consorts and sons ...Sita immediatly covered her face with a part of her saree, not bcoz she was scared ,but bcoz she could not bear to see that monster. The same monster who separated her from Raghava.

'' Sitee ..'' said Ravan as he walked menacingly (or what he called 'menacing')

Sita averted her gaze , she felt her fists tighten with rage every time she heard his voice. But, no she had to stay calm... Calm.
"Come, why are you making ur own living miserable?? Come inside my palace, be mine!! " said ravan
Sita tensed in anger, and controlled her hands with superhuman effort.. In normal circumstances, if someone had spoken to her like this then her first reaction would be to thrash the living daylights out of that person.
"Mind ur words Ravan!! How dare u speak to me like that!! " she yelled
"Oh, dare? " repeated Indrajit his son amusingly
Ravan glared at his son, shutting him up
"Sundari,  what did u get with that so called vanvasi, except wandering forests??Don't worry be mine and u will be protected from those vanvasis"
"Worry? " guffawed sita
"Ravan, first of all may I remind you that I don't need ur so-called protection.. Has it escaped u that I myself pinned u to the ground twice the day u abducted me and u had to use sorcery to abduct me?? " reminded sita sarcastically
Ravan was embarrassed, his queens were shocked and looked at Ravan while the latter avoided their eyes
" Second,  Raghav. I'm only Raghav's ..and he is mine ....and he soon is going to reach Lanka "
" Lanka?no one knows where Lanka is... Stop day dreaming " chuckled Ravan
"He will... His love for me will make him find me " said sita , confident
"Enough!!! "Ravan suddenly roared (or rather screamed)
"I've had enough of ur nonsense , I'm giving you one year.. Come inside my palace or else be prepared for death!! "
" not even in ur dreams.. " replied sita
Ravan stormed out, his queens following him. Indrajit looked at Sita as if studying her carefully.. Sita glared at him, and indrajit raised one brow and then too swiftly turned and went out.

An old woman who was standing by all this time looked at sita. She was perhaps in her late 70's, her back was slightly hunched due to effects of age, she looked as if she had been a beauty in her youth. Her face though wrinkled wore a bold and confident look. Her tired brown eyes were moist with emotions. Dressed in a pure white cotton dress and less jewellery ,she was a vision to behold. She bent down slowly and then to Sita's surprise she folded her hands into an apology as tears made their way from her eyes. Sita immediatly clasped the woman's hands into hers.
