𝐉𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐘𝐍 did not move past that state of denial.
Well, not before she dropped by at her friends'. Wilbur was the mean wake up call, the others were her comfort ones. As comforting as they could get, that is. Mars had to shoo both Shirley and Flaw out whilst Jordyn talked to Rena and Peyton, but the two insisted on staying and hearing her out.
Surprisingly, they both remained quiet and only chimed in when necessary, Flaw to brighten up the mood with a sarcastic comment and Shirley with the mean (not directed towards Jordyn) but funny jokes.
The rest took care of helping Jordyn figure herself out. Rena, Mars, and Peyton were better at this than anyone else.
Jordyn was thankful for them all.
"The sexual tension when you and your crush are online at the same time and you just stare at their Lil green dot," She chuckled whilst rubbing her eyes and debated whether to text Nick or not.
Flaw scoffed, "And suddenly you know what Gatsby felt like."
Everyone burst into a fit of giggles.
"So what are you gonna do now?" Peyton asked Jordyn, as she gently squeezed her hand reassuringly. "You both clearly like each other."
"I don't know," Jordyn confessed and sighed. "What do you think I should do?"
Peyton hummed, thinking. "I don't think you should text him about it," she admitted.
"I agree with Peyton," Mars added. "You should tell him that face to face."
"Right now?" Jordyn raised her eyebrows. "It's, well, pretty late. Besides, he did say he wasn't ready and neither was I. What if I mess it up, again?"
