I rubbed her back and she smiled at me one more time before James and Albus walked back downstairs in the kitchen.
"Lily telling you all about Craig, Dad?" James snickered and Lily's smiling eyes turned wide.
"Who? No. Lily you are thirteen! No guy!"
"Dad, James is being stupid. There's nothing like that."
"Should i show him your diary with the hearts and C times L."
"No." I was horrified. My daughter couldn't date. She was so young.
"Dad, James is joking. There is no diary and there is no Craig." She glared at him.
"Lily Luna Potter, no boy!" I scolded and James and Albus laughed. I glared at them and they went quiet.
"Harry, dont be mean. I was thirteen too when I liked a boy."
"Another boy, mum." Lily added.
I cleared my throat, holding a small chuckle.
"Point is..." Ginny shrugged it off but with tinted cheeks "...that usually, thirteen is the age where you get the real crush. I remember my firs- oh, fine, second crush at thirteen was this boy Michael Corner."
"Sure. Worst boyfriend ever." I snorted.
"Okay. Your first wasnt something extravagant either." Ginny added.
"This is nice." James smirked and we fixed ourselves.
"How was work?" I asked.
"Oh, it was nice. Class was actually calm." She sighed, dropping in chair. It was nice how Albus offered her water.
"Dad." Albus leaned by the table and i looked up at him, "James and I were thinking that maybe, him and i should go in first and survey the area. You know, to account if there is a larger group around the area."
"And how do you propose that?" I crossed my arms. James dropped my invisibility cloak.
"We could borrow yours as well and have two to walk around."
"Two?"
"Yeah. You gifted this to me on my fourteenth Christmas." James smirked.
"Of course I did."
"Its not fair, you know." Albus crossed his arms standing beside Ginny. Ginny chuckled and wrapped an arm around his waist, "He even stole the map from your desk!"
"He what?" I glared at James.
"In my time!" He raised hands.
"Alright. Alright. No fights among the family." Ginny raised her hands, "Harry." She sighed, "Im not saying that we aren't strong and we cant fight but I'm pretty sure, Albus and Lily can't use magic over there. I mean, the Ministry will be alerted and I'm pretty sure it will be in their time."
"Well, we don't care then. As long as it saves your lives."
"Well I do." She sighed.
"Well, Mum, I can go." Albus crossed his arms, "i won't need magic to fight."
"Why not?"
"Think there's enough space?" He muttered to James.
"Yeah, just jump on the table." He mumbledback.
