JUGHEAD'S POV

When I turned around I saw my baby passed out on the ground. I looked up at Jellybean and my mom.

"Oh my gosh." I mumbled.

Betty started to wake up not even a minute later. I help her get to her feet.

"Here, sit here." I said moving my desk chair.

She sat down giving me her same loving smile.

"Betty I'm so sorry. I thought it was Jellybean and since we are always playing and messing with each other I knew I could push her back without making her mad." I said.

"It's okay, my head just hurts." Betty said.

I ran my hand over her forehead.

"It's gonna bruise where I hit you. I'm so sorry, are you okay? Is the baby okay?" I asked.

"Yeah we are okay. I didn't hit the baby on my way down." Betty said.

I let out a small breath I didn't know I was holding in.

"Why didn't you answer my text and calls?" I asked.

"I was trying to surprise you, but I should have remember how grumpy you get when I won't answer you, so for that I'm sorry." Betty said.

"No don't say sorry. I just got upset because I thought I made you mad." I said.

"Nope. I wasn't mad. Just missed you and wanted to come back home." Betty said.

"You missed me?" I asked.

"Just a little bit, but this one sure did." She said laying her hand on her stomach.

My mom came back in the office. She had ran to get a first aid box. I bandaged up Betty's forehead since some of it was bleeding.

I gave her a big hug. She gave me a smile.

"Have you eaten this morning?" I asked.

"No. I got too busy." She said.

"Let's go home and order takeout." I said

"Jug, that would be amazing, but you have a big meeting, remember silly?" She asked.

"Crap." I mumbled.

"Why are you so stressed about a meeting?" She asked.

"It's just a big meeting. I just want everything to go right, and you not being here this morning just made me more scared I guess." I said.

"How about we go to the café down the road. We can both eat, and you'll make it back in plenty of time for your meeting." Betty suggested.

"Okay." I smiled.

BETTY'S POV

We got to the café in no time. Once we had our food we got in the car to finish eating, the café was too busy to eat in.

"Ow." I mumbled.

"What's wrong?" Jughead asked, a hint of fear overtaking his face.

"The baby is kicking hard." I smiled.

He laid his hand on my stomach feeling our baby kick.

Jughead gave me a big smile. We finished eating, then went back to the office. Archie saw us about to walk into Jughead's office.

"Look who made it." Archie smiled giving me a hug.

"You were in on this?" Jughead asked.

"He was the only one here who I could call because I have like no one else's number." I said.
