2.Get Along With Aki!?

                                    

                                          
I had to carry Aki's ass all the way to Ms. Makima's place. 
                          
When we arrived, Makima was worried because Aki and I looked beat up. But I told her that we ran into some wild dogs and accidentally pushed and fell over each other. I also told her that a wild dog almost bit off Aki's testicles. 
                          
I placed Aki on Makima's couch, where the Makima's dogs swarmed all over him. Licking his face here and there. 
                          
Seems like dogs like you, Aki.
                          
Makima began preparing our dinner in her kitchen while I just sat at the table. Looking around at her place, I'd say it's decent. I could work with this, but the problem is I won't be staying here. I'll be staying at Hayawaka's place. I don't know what it looks like, but I'm already having a bad feeling about living with that guy. 
                          
The only reason he agreed was that Makima mentioned a girl named Himeno.
                          
Is she Aki's mother?
                          
"Ms. Makima," I turned to her as she did her business in the kitchen. "Is Aki's place far from here?" 
                          
She stopped for a second then answered, "You're gonna have to take a train from here to there. Don't worry, it's only a ten-minute drive." 
                          
That means I can visit you here... Right, Ms. Makima?
                          
I hummed in response as I smiled wide. "Man, this is probably the luckiest day of my life." I stretched my arms as I take a deep sigh. 
                          
"Have you forgotten about your dog?" Makima asked, not batting a look. 
                          
Yeah... That part sucked. 
                          
"But you said you'll find him, right?"
                          
"I'll try my best." She smiled tenderly. 
                          
Minutes passed until I had to wake Aki up for us to eat altogether. 
                          
All three of us sat at the table, we began eating the food that Makima prepared. I grabbed a mouthful of noodles then stuffed it in my mouth using my hands. I felt Aki's eyes dart to me in disgust. The thing is, I do not know how chopsticks or spoon and fork works. I was used to eating barehanded as I forgot how to use chopsticks a long time ago. 
                          
I choked on the food as I looked for a glass of water. I kept coughing and coughing until Makima ordered Aki to grab me some glass of water. "Hurry, he might suffocate." She worriedly said. 
                          
"Bastard should be choked to death," Aki muttered as he handed me a glass. "Don't tell me you're gonna choke yourself with water?" 
                          
I snatched it from him and took a large gulp. I felt relieved as placed the glass down. "Ah. This is the best! Your cooking tastes good, Ms. Makima!" 
                          
"Oh please, just call me Makima. It feels weird to be called by that." She shyly waved as I felt a glare from Aki. "Let's enjoy this, shall we?" 
                          
"Ah!" I nodded in excitement. It's been a while since I've felt this type of company. And I feel like my life is headed towards something I've always wanted. 
                          
We then continued to eat our dinner. After that, I went to try the cola I had bought earlier. I didn't know how to open it so I had Aki do it for me. I took the first sip and boy did it taste good! I felt like my throat was going to burn from the acid. Nonetheless, it was such a new experience. 
                          
"Jeez, were you under a rock all this time?" Aki sighed as he looked at me. "How old are you, anyway?" 
                          
"I'm sixteen!" I cheerfully responded. I heard a slight giggle from Makima as she went back on doing something on her hand. It was a rectangular object she called a Cellphone.
