After an hour long drive, the car finally reached the Kim estate.

Due to its architecture, it was hard to think that there was a place like this in Seoul, let alone in South Korea.

The mansion had dark and gloomy vibe to it, even though it was white with a lot of greenery around.

Still she had to admit that it objectively looked nice.

She stepped out of the car and immediately looked for her fiancé, but judging by the people standing there, none of them was him.

She stretched her arms above her head and walked towards the door, ignoring the personal standing there, greeting her.

She couldn't care less about being liked, again, she wasn't here for long.

Two maids opened the huge doors for her, letting her in as they exchanged a look.

Just like the rest of the personal, they wondered if it was the right person.

She was not what they expected, at all, the farthest possible thing from it actually.

She looked around the entrance, noticing that despite the bright exterior, the house's interior was in darker shades of woods and wine red, a luxurious chandelier hanging from the ceiling.

Pictures of the family hung on the walls but she didn't look at them, focusing on the butler who stood there, bowing ninety degrees, greeting her.

"Welcome Mis-"

"Madam." Arabella cut him off, her tone sharp and slightly agressive.

As Seughoon said, she was in the enemy's territory, she needed to impose herself right away, being aggressive towards everyone even if it was unnecessary.

The man gave her a sympathetic smile as he straightened back up, nodding.

"Understood.. I'll take you to master Kim, please allow me a few minutes to announce your arrival."

His tone was gentle and polite, which frankly surprised her.

It wasn't often that people spoke this kindly to her because they wanted to rather than being forced to.

Still, his words made her scoff, her arms crossing against her chest.

"I'm not staying here, I'm his fiancé so if that fucker didn't expect my arrival, he's fucking dumb."

"Am I now ?"

Arabella took a deep breath to brace herself and turned her head towards the sound of the voice, coming from the top of the stairs.
