Lalisa was unconscious due to another beating session and I was looking over her, worried as hell because if they kept hitting her, especially in the abdomen it could be extremely dangerous.
                          
The door opened and I whipped my head to look towards it, 9 girls were standing there, menacingly staring at me, the shorterst one saying «Either you come with us willingly or we'll drag you.» she said in English as she probably thought I didn't speak Chinese, so to spy on them, I answered in English as well
«Over my dead body I'll leave Lalisa's side.»
                          
She scoffed and nodded to her teammates, soon I was immobilized, while they dragged me out of the room, making me take notice of the guards all over the place. I was brought to another room and thrown inside making me fall on the floor, while they closed the door behind. Another girl with short black hair looked around and said «Clear as planned.» then they turned to look at me, who I supposed was the leader said
«Nice to meet you miss Kim, we're The9, a group working for your dear girlfriend. I'm XIN Liu, the leader, they're Babymonster An, K Lu, Shaking, Xiaotang Zhao, Snow Kong, Esther Yu, Kiki Xu and Yan Yu.» she pointed to each as she listed the names «We would like to apologize already but you're gonna get hurt badly. It's for our cover to don't blow up.»
I stood up groaning and showed one hand up in front of me to stop them «Wait, wait, wait. What? How can I believe you?»
«You can ask to the boss. Although, I would advise against that as you might be spied and our cover would blow up. Hence the advantage the boss has.»
I hesitantly nodded «But why would you hurt me though?»
Shaking said «Kun thinks he can get your girlfriend to talk if we hurt you as he thinks you're her weak point.»
I gulped «But, but, can't you like come up with something else? I need to take care of Lalisa.»
K Lu said shaking her head «Negative. I opened my eyes groaning, my whole body aching, but having been through worst, I could say I was lucky.
                          
I sat up groaning and immediately looked around for Jisoo, only to find her in a corner of the room, passed out. My eyes widened as I saw her body condition; she was bruised, bleeding, cut and maybe even burned. What the hell had happened to her?
                          
I stood up, one arm wrapping around my abdomen in pain but I pushed that aside and went towards Jisoo «Who the hell did this to you?!» I questioned her furious, for then bite my lower lip and pick her up, princess style, to bring her to our bed and lay her down.
                          
This motherfuckers. I'm gonna kill whoever laid their dirty fingers on her!
                          
«L-Lisa...» Jisoo groaned «L-Lisa.»
«I'm here. How are you feeling?» I quickly said grabbing her hand as she slowly opened her eyes 
«It hurts.... It hurts so bad...» she cried out as I kissed her hand
«I know. I know it does... Who did this to you?»
«The9...»
I bit my lower lip «I can't even get mad as they're doing what they've been told...» I whispered to her knowing we were most likely spied on 
«I-I know...» she said as I added 
«Don't worry, we're gonna get out of here soon.»
«A-Are you okay?» she asked as I nodded 
«Of course. Now think about you not me.»
She pushed herself up groaning «How can you stand harder beating than this honestly?»
I shrugged trying to push her back down but she didn't want to «I'm just used to such things. Just lay down God damnit!»
She pushed against me «I don't wanna! You need it more!»
I moved myself above her groaning a little in pain «Then we'll lay down together.»
She huffed and remained there, moving a little to make more space for me for then whispering «So, how are we gonna get out?»
I whispered back «Once we'll get The9's green light.»
She nodded «They really hurt me...»
I hummed «They had to.»
She nodded again «Still... They've told me Kun knows that someone is betraying him. He doesn't suspect them luckily.» of course as we kept talking we kept whispering. We couldn't risk anything.
                          
There was a moment of silence as I've told her «Do you really didn't want to be my girlfriend?»
I nodded «Yes. I've already told you why. And although you tricked me, I could still say that we're not together. But...» she sighed and turned her head to look at me, so I did the same 
«But?»
«But I still love you so much. Too much. You know it, I've already told you. And once you get closer to me, I can't, I really can't get away from you. It's so hard. It's always been hard, there were so many times I just wanted to come back to you. I really missed you.»
I questioned brushing her cheek with my hand «Why didn't you?»
She bit her lower lip and looked at me sadly «I've already told you countless times. It was toxic what we had. It still is. And I'm telling you, this time, either you realize your problems and change or I'll leave you. Forever. No turning back. No more chances. Done. Over. Am I clear?»
I sighed «But I have no issues.»
She looked at me even more sadly, this time she caressed my cheek «It's so sad. I feel so much sadness and pity for you. You're just so blind. You can't see, you don't wanna see... And because of your foolishness you're gonna lose so, so much in life... You might have fame, money and friends, but you're not gonna have loved ones. Not if you don't change.»
«I have my loved ones.» I placed my hand on hers, as she shook her head
«No, or else they'd be more present in your life. But where are they? Still in Thailand right? I'm not saying they don't love you... I'm saying, they can see you have issues. And although they know that, they still get pushed away.»
I felt my face darken «You know nothing. You disappeared for years.»
She pouted «I know enough. And I know you. Once we're out of here, get some help Lisa. I'm genuinely concerned for you. I care for you. So so much. Please... Do it for me at least..» her voice cracked as I could tell she was holding her tears.
                          
I really didn't have any issue. I had no idea what she was talking about. And I would have changed her mind. I would have opened her eyes to actually see that everything is fine. With me. With her. With us.
                          
I would have done that. 
                          
That was a fact.
