Cameron's Point of View
Soon after the doctor told us to wait, Shawn came and we had no choice but to tell him what happened. He was panicking as much as I was, it was weird.
About an hour later, the doctor told us that Mason was able to see visitors. I immediately shot out of my chair and made my way towards Masons room.
I could see Masons face through the small window on the door, she looked pale, was hooked up to machines, and was really tired out; you could easily tell.I turned the door knob and walked in and the doctor came in behind me silently. You could hear her breathing heavily and heard the IV beep every time her heart was beating.
"Hi, Mason." I said quietly.
"Hai! What's up with you? I've been doing fine if your wondering!" Mason was really bubbly as scaring me a bit.The doctor rested his hand in my shoulder, "We had to put her on wacky gas because she wouldn't let us touch her. We couldn't give her too much because she could die anytime." The doctor said, moving out of the room.
What?! Mason is dying....
I stopped the doctor, "What is causing her to die? I'm really scared right now." I said, shaking.
"Blood loss that travels through to her head and heart, her mental illness got worse and that could kill her as well." He walked out of the room with me in tears down my face.I grabbed the chair beside Mason and grabbed a hold of her hand, she jerked it away from me.
"Mason, I need to tell you something." I tired to grab her hand but, she looked scared.
"Why are you trying to touch me?! I know I'm hot but, control dude!" She chuckled making me laugh too. "I have to tell you something first, cammy!" She said, grabbing my hand.I laughed at her bubbliness, "I've had this bracelet," she paused, taking off her bracelet that covered her scars. "For 10 years now..." She handed it to me in my other hand. "I want you to have it and keep on your wrist forever." Mason told me.
I looked at her confused, "Why are you giving me your bracelet, why not Shawn?" I asked.
"Because you were the one that caught my eye from the beginning. I want you to remember me as a inspiration, motivation." She responded.
"Why so you mean?" I asked.
"When you get frustrated, upset, angry, weak, shitty, feel like dying; look at this bracelet and it will remind you of me..." She slid the bracelet on my wrist, tying it up into 5 knots. That's when I realized...
Mason was what worth finding...I kissed Masons hand and the rest if the boys came in teary eyed. Nash and Matt came running up to the other side of Masons bed.
"I'm so so so sorry!" The both said.
"Dudes, it's all good. Remember to be chiller when I'm gone..."The boys went silent and a couple left the room in tears and guilt washing over their faces. Shawn stayed in the room along with Gilinsky.
"Why aren't you guys fun anymore?" Mason asked, bummed out.
"Maybe because your lying on your death bed..." Shawn muttered."Living is the key to new life,
Fighting is to learn and receive others force.
Power is to prove to others your expectations,
Minds are to be taught the lessons if the living in this earth." Mason totally was blanked out; she didn't blink at all when she said that, almost like reading a book out loud.Shawn and I looked at each other totally surprised and shocked.
