~Chapter 10 Simon's brilliant Plan~

Start from the beginning

"Oh wow really?" She asked excitedly and I nodded.

When she did leave...

I ran and changed out of Simon's clothes. I rushed after changing into my own clothing and went into the 'Principal's Office,' I made sure no one else was around before smoothly shutting it behind me.

I jumped on the desk and arrived at my destination, the school's beloved Principal's Assistant.

"Hello Brittany." I greeted her, normally. If I'm gonna get an apology in I have to at least act natural.

"Hi, Alvin what is it?" She gave a bit of an annoyed tone while not looking up from her computer.

"I would like to apologize for what I did earlier."

"Are you pretending to apologize because you want your skateboard back?" She's accusing me of manipulation, lying?

(A/N Well which one is it?)

Uh, I'm gonna go with lying. And if she is she would usually be right if I were even paying attention to that situation.

"Actually, I completely forgot about that, So that's not the point, I just wanted to be a responsible person since I am a teenager now." I started the conversation and she looked up, with a questioning expression.

"So, I wanted to start off with apologizing to you."

"Oh really? Well, Alvin I want you to know for being mature and growing up I forgive you." She smiled but it was kinda vague so I could barely notice if it was genuine or not.

"Really you forgive me that easily?"

"No."

"I knew it! what is it?" I groan, how do I even deal with her? She can be so tiring at times.

"You have to promise to never bother me again!" Her crystal blue eyes glared at me.

"Oh, I am, so very sorry Brittany but I believe I can't do that!

"What? Why not?"

"Well, I can try but I can't promise. And if I don't have anyone else , I'll be bored." I whispered jokingly.

Her gaze softened and she covered her laugh.

Pfft… Ok maybe she's not that annoying. I couldn't help but smile.

"Well at least your trying." She tried to force the smile off her face while trying to wave.

'Well she accepted the apology.' I thought

Later that day

"Alright, Plan…"

"C. Or three." I finished for him. Hopefully this is more stable than the other disastrous ones.

"Don't worry this one will be… a lot less of a wreck!" He said and I felt awfully distracted.

"Think of something you're good at doing. That you usually can't do unless it comes to Brittany." I pondered on that for a second… I really can't think about anything particularly good.

Unless being intentionally patronizing and a complete show-off is a good thing.

I shook my head and shrugged. And his dumbfounded expression didn't tense a muscle within me.

"You can't find it?" I shook my head.

He sighed deeply. "I guess I'll have to fill in the blanks for you." I gave him my clueless expression.
