❝𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 party fucking sucks," Shirley grumbled as she walked over to where Rena, Flaw, and Jordyn stood. "Imagine not having monster in your fridge- why are you looking at me like that for?"
"Um," Nick started. "If you're looking for monsters you should check with Karl, he's outside by the pool."
Shirley gasped and pushed through him and Jordyn and unlocked the glass door that leads outside."Karl, Bestie!" she called, heading out. "There better fucking be some monster left or I'm gonna-"
"JORDYN?!"
The brunette gasped and shoved her phone into Nick's hands. The boy's eyes widened as he glanced between the two.
"Are you for real?" he half-whispered.
"I'm sorry!" Jordyn replied and buried her face in her hands.
"JORDYN I KNOW YOU'RE THERE!"
She squealed and grabbed the phone and quickly responded, "Mom, I'm sorry-"
"Oh, thank God," her mother sighed.
'Is she there?'
"Unfortunately."
Jordyn pulled her phone away from her face and scowled at it, "The fuck you mean, unfortunately."
"Watch that tone of yours miss," Hui Fang snapped back.
"I'm sorry," Jordyn sighed and pulled the phone back to her ear.
"It's fine," her mother noted. "Your dad's just wondering what percent your phone battery is at."
