no one pov:
                          
you were training with shadow in your mind scape the one place you could safely loose control without hurting others.
you've been doing this for a while now and have gotten new abilities but never really care to show them off to anyone
the best part of the mind scape is that what ever skill you learn mentally is added to your physical self in this world its mind over matter but is hard to control you could only access it in your sleep so far.
                          
you panted in exhaustion as shadow stood in front of you
                          
*c'mon show me more*
"hey I get tired dude!"
*you have a new power use it!"
you feel your bones rattle as one shoots out of your arm and one on the other.
                          
*good now use your bones as a weapon*
you change at shadow and slash at him he dodges with ease avoiding your bones you dashed towards him and he blocked it with a red shield
                          
*good now do what I taught you!*
you pulled the bones back into your arms and focused on another attack raising your hands you shot mini bones from your fingers like bullets
                          
*c'mon I taught you how to use some soul magic throw it in!*
you smirked you turned all the bones you shot at him orange before they explode leaving smoke behind he smiled as the fight truly began he changed at you swords in hand as he deflects the now yellow bones you shot at him.
with more accuracy with then being yellow shadow had trouble blocking but managed 
he slashed at you but you teleported away avoiding damage appearing behind him you create a blue scythe and swing at him standing still he takes no damage and punches you once safe.
you fly back into the wall and he sends red knives stabbing you in the arms and one in the chest
coughing up blood you pull out the knives and heal the wounds dashing forward you hold shadow in place with green magic and hit him full force with a fire fist causing an explosion of light to envelop you both.
                          
the fight had ended and you layed on the floor of your mind void you were tired and so was shadow
                          
*you did good bro....now ya got to work on the bone stuff*
"yeah I guess I do"
*nothing to complicated...your regen can only do so much*
"yeah yeah I wont push myself to hard.....but i did win"
you smirked at him
*you cheated*
he said sounding annoyed
"you said use soul magic i did"
you laughed
*alright then its morning tonight we go again no magic!*

you slowly faded as you woke up to reality sitting up you get off your bed and exit ylthe room going downstairs

"where's frisk?"
                          
"she's in the garden with dad tending to the flowers" chara:

you sat down and ate some pancakes that were on the table before going outside to see frisk

you thanked him and went to look for frisk.
you found her sitting around a few echo flowers that she brought here resently something about feeling more like home 
you tapped her shoulder and she jumped making the blue flowers repeat her scream you laughed at her as she blushed
