It had been 3 days since Calli and Kiara had arrived in this odd world, and they noticed one thing in particular. That they were no longer used to abnormal activities. Despite having lived in literal Hell, Calli couldn't even imagine violence being part of her day to day life anymore. Kiara, who had lived many lifetimes and died many deaths, could no longer grasp the concept of loss. The two were so used to their idol shenanigans and peaceful life that this excitement felt almost criminal. Every day, they would wake together and dress themselves. They would leave the hotel the government had provided them, and  climb the hill to the classroom. During attendance, Calli and Kiara would sit and watch. During biology, Kiara would explain the scientific research of the many years and worlds she had lived in. Calli would recount various historical facts, usually regarding the deaths of important people. The ones the students now knew the most about were Henry the 8th; Calli was not a fan of him.

"He divorced the first one, and beheaded the second one. That was the first time I heard his name." She'd say, then illustrate his family tree on the blackboard as she continued.

"The third died, then the pattern repeats. One of you, summarize this." Calli turned to the class. Itona was half asleep, so she called on him. He didn't respond, so she called Karma instead. Surprisingly, Karma always made it to Calli's classes.

"She has a killer's aura. I feel like there's a lot to learn from her." Karma would say when prompted by Nagisa.

Kiara's class was a lot more energetic, and the girls really liked her. The boys liked other parts of her. Those classes were, albeit a little different than in Hell, normal. However, it was P.E. that weirded them out.

"Y'know, I kinda figured P.E. would be playing dodgeball not..." Kiara trailed off.

"Literal knife training." Calli had other worries. Her main worry was that she may be tempted to pick up reaping again; she hadn't needed to in her original world because of her brother, but in this world, everywhere she looked she saw souls of the damned that hadn't been reaped. Calli sighed.

"Say, how did you get this job? You two certainly don't act like assassins." Irina asked as she sauntered over.

"Because we're not." Calli retorted. Kiara giggled.

"Not that you haven't taken people's lives." Kiara interjected.

"I haven't killed them, I've just sort of...detached them."

"From what?" Irina seemed slightly weirded out.

"Their bodies." Kiara snorted at Calli's resposne.

"Calli, nowadays I literally cannot picture you beheading people with your scythe." Irina's eyes widened.

"Scythe?"

"Yes, it's my main weapon." Calli stretched out her arm and snapped her fingers. She spread out her palm and a large scythe materialized into her grasp. A feel of delight echoed in her body, giving her chills. She swung it reflexively at a soul floating nearby. The soul became visible for a moment, blossoming like a flower. It glowed red for a second before dissipating into the air. The children, Irina, Karasuma, and Koro-sensei stared in disbelief. Noticing their odd gazes, Calli flinched.

"..Whoops." Just to ruin the mood, Kiara started rolling on the ground cackling.

"What did you just...?" Irina was startled.

"I reaped a soul." Calli explained uncomfortably.

"You reaped a.....soul?" Karasuma was struggling to process this.

"Woah, that was so cool!" Shouted Karma, Nagisa, and Kayano in sync. Kiara was still recovering from her laughing fit.

"How do you reflexively reap a soul??" Kiara asked between breaths. Calli's face became red and flustered and she whipped her head around to glare at Kiara.
