it has been two weeks since the fight. Miguel was still in his coma. I hadn't felt like eating anything at all, I haven't gotten any sleep. even if I got the tiniest amount of sleep, flashbacks from the moment fill my dreams. my eyes were red and puffy from all my crying, I am tired, I want this all to be over. I have no clue where my dad is, he hasn't been answering his phone.
Aisha moved, tory is expelled, hawk is still not talking to me, and Robby. well nobody knows what's happened with him. I only have Demetri and Carmen right now.
today was everyone's first day back from suspension, I didn't want to go at all. I would stay home and cry in bed all day but Demetri and carmen are forcing me to go.
after half-hour of Demetri pulling me out of my bed, I actually got up. "finally." Demetri breathed out.
"do I have to go?" I whined.
"just stop complaining and get ready." he sarcastically smiled as he walked out.
the school said something about how new rules would be set in place, I was expecting something little. I was wrong when I walked through those doors, there was a whole security system right as you walked in. like those ones at the airport or concert venues. I hope they know that no weapons were used and this is useless.
"hey Demetri." one of the girls from a group of freshmen's smiled as they walked past us.
"someone knows who I am. a human female!". he exclaimed.
"you famous now, 'met," Chris said in amazement.
we turned around and we were face to face with cobra kai. I quit cobra kai since everything. I didn't want to be there without my dad. "got something to say?" assface asked doing the 'you cant see me' hand motion.
"Yeah. check out my new Lit book. a lot of hard-hitting shit in here." Chris smirked holding up the same textbook he apparently whacked mitch in the face with. hawk gave me and Demetri and deadly scowl.
"All the security isn't enough to protect your scrawny ass." hawk said in almost a whisper towards Demetri. "I dont need security."
"Everything all right here?" counsellor Blatt came up out of nowhere.
"oh, we're all buddies here. isn't that right fellas?" Demetri cheered throwing his arms around assface and hawk. patting hawks chest aggressively.
"dont you all have somewhere to be?" she questioned, "yes counsellor Blatt." we parted until Blatt called me over.
"ms Lawrence!" I scurried over to her.
"are you okay? you seem tired," she asks placing a hand on my shoulder.
"Yeah, I'm just peachy," I stated. "I uh, have to get to class, bye."
I caught up with moon who was with Yasmine. "hey Adelaide." moon and Yasmine greeted in unison. I awkwardly waved. moon nudged Yasmine.
