Fear seized your muscles as you only managed to turn your head slowly towards the sound. A pair of shoes were the first thing that came into your view. You managed to force your eyes took look up. Jason stared down at you, his eyes wide like a wild animal. His mouth was lightly parted, the growling-like noises coming from it with every breath. You noticed his nose had been broken, covering his whole face with blood.

He glared down at you, the blue light casting dark shadows along his face. Air stopped coming into your airways as you stared up at him. He looked like a monster. "You're gonna be sorry", he growled, lunging down at you. He grabbed a hold of your arm, pulling you up. You still didn't have enough control over your body to retaliate. You opened your mouth to scream, yet it was cut off as he roughly put his hand over your mouth, yanking you backwards into the darkness.

You desperately tried to squirm out of his grip, yet all you could move was your fingers. You tried to open your jaw so that you could bite him, yet he read into your actions, clenching your jaw so tightly you thought he was going to break it. In your frantic state you couldn't see where he was taking you, desperation to escape clouding your mind.

He pulled you down a set of stairs, your legs harshly banging against each step. "You want to kill me, huh?", he questioned mockingly. The tone of his voice sent chills down your spine. He sounded like an absolute feral creature, ballistic with rage. "We'll see who kills who", he hissed, dragging you through a hallway. He kicked open a large white door, leading into a huge room.

The room was completely tiled with white tiles from top to bottom. No windows, no break in the blaring white besides a singular bed in the middle of the room and a control centre behind a short glass wall.

Your panic shot up at the sight of the bed. You desperately tried to scream, yet his grip was like iron. He lifted you up and roughly set you onto the bed. Fresh air flooded your lungs. "Let me go!", you protested helplessly as he tightened the straps around you. "Shut up", he growled so intensely that it stunned you into silence. He tore at the straps so harshly that they squeezed the literal breath out of you. "Ja-Jason", you protested helplessly, "this isn't you".

He scoffed as he walked over to the control centre. "Please", he mocked, "do us all a favour and spare us your dishonesties". A smile crawled its way up your lips. "Heh", you mumbled, still snapping for air, "guess there's no use in discreetness". A sad smile crossed Jason's lips as he fumbled with the controls before shortly looking up at you. You held his eyes for a long, unwavering moment before he sighed for long. "We could've been great, y'know", he muttered, "you and me. Even just as friends". His voice sounded normal again, almost like the old, familiar Jason. Your heart clenched. Yes, you were angry, yes you couldn't forgive him ... but at the end of the day, you'd lost a great friend. Your only friend. "We really could've", you stated, your throat dry, "why'd you have to go and mess it up?". Jason scoffed, the old familiar look in his eyes overshadowed by one of menace. The warmth was gone once more. "You say I did ... I say you did", he mumbled, "I guess at the end of the day we're both at fault, now aren't we? At the end of the day, it only matters from who's perspective the story is told, doesn't it?".
