chapter 4: the truth

                                    

                                          
French Narrator ( we left off when little y/n was trapped by a curious  frisk and an equally curious and pissed of chara how will these events last we shall see)
                          
a/n:"thanks frenchie :)"
                          
no one pov:
                          
you were currently explaining your reason for falling into the underground 
being very monotone about the whole thing frisk didn't like your reasoning but chara couldn't care less.
                          
"now if you'll excuse me imma leave" y/n:
as you sat up chara grabbed your arm and looked at you with her scary face 
=) yeah that one
                          
"SIT DOWN!!"
she said in a stern voice
you complied and sat back down chara now holding your hand with the same grip
this made you blush slightly because a girl never held your hand before but you hid it very well.
                          
"I'm going to tie you up when we get home" chara:
                          
"wha..why??" y/n:
                          
"so frisk won't get another heart attack"
she said with a monotone expression
                          
"what's the point I'm hopeless.....so just leave me be"
frisk gave you a sad face and you felt your soul ache.
you sighed and agreed to go with them the strange part is that chara still held your hand you felt uncomfortable 
                          
"d...do you have to hold my hand?" 
                          
"do you have to escape?" chara:
                          
"touche"
you responded and she basically dragged you back to the ruins.
when you all return you were greeted by a big hug from toriel as the worried mother calmed down at the sight of you three safe and sound you felt her soft fuzzy warm grip but you just felt empty on the inside you had no reaction and just simply walked to the bedroom after,
chara took out a pair of hand cuffs and locked one of your hands to the foot of her bed
                          
"isn't this over reacting a bit chara?" 
frisk asked in concern.
you just nod your head saying you had it comming chara seemed content with your answer and left the room with frisk to explain why you all were out so early
a short while had passed and chara some time to think over what you said and your life on the surface before she came back in the room and sat down infront of you,
you had managed to fall asleep and chara just sat there watching you
                          
"just like that damn comedian"
she quietly said to herself but she startled when you moved your head to face her.
                          
"what do you want"
you asked groggily 
                          
"how'd you know I was here?" chara:
                          
"i heard you....plus i can see you"
                          
she chuckled at her stupid question but then turned her attention back to you
                          
"how do you see with your eyes covered like that?" chara:
                          
you looked at her with a confused expression but quickly noticed she reached for your bangs over your eyes.
you instinctively move away from her hand but being handcuffed to the bed made it hard
                          
"what's wrong?"
she asked 
                          
"I...d..don't look at them"
you responded a cold feeling running down your spine
chara filled with curiosity was determined to see your eyes.
she managed to move your bangs but you closed them before she could see
                          
"why can't I see?"
she said getting annoyed
                          
"I only need teasing for one abnormality thanks"
you responded with an angered tone chara realised how she made you feel about yourself and apologises.
                          
"I know we said some things to eachother.....but I want to say I'm sorry you don't have to accept it"
she said in a sincere and regretful manner.
you apologized as well for your outburst towards her but you were willing to give her another chance to start off better,
she then begged to see you eyes but you still didnt feel comfortable but you can tell she had pleading eyes
you sighed and opened your eyes to reveal two golden orbs.
                          
"t..there happy now?"
....
                          
"their really that bad aren't they"
you looked away but she held your chin and made you face her
                          
"your eyes are amazing"
she said with no hesitation 
you blushed at her sudden sentence and upon realizing what she said she blushed as well.
                          
chara pov:
                          
y/n and I were in my room just chatting about life and the underground but I couldn't help but steel small glances at his eyes they were rear but the way they shined were just breathtaking
he started asking me of I was alright while he had a small blush on his face
oh shit I've been staring for to long
                          
"uh s..sorry I just uhhh lost focus!"
I said hastily to avoid suspicion but he didn't seem to mind
"*sighs* thank the stars" I thought to myself as we began talking about the barrier and human souls.
                          
"so your saying there's a wall that keeps you all trapped here?"
                          
"pretty much" chara:
                          
"so you can't do much about it then?" 
he sounded like he felt sorry for us
                          
"well we could break it with seven souls but.....frisk and I only make up two we had to use the other six to fix something" chara:
he looked at me with concern but I told him I was fine he smiled at me and proposed something
                          
"I have seven soul trait would that work?"
I looked at him with surprise but I could tell he was serious.
it was a good idea but I don't think it was the best even if it were true he'd die.
                          
"I know I might die but I've got no one to go back to so I wouldn't mind"
he gave a smile which made my heart sink he was being so nice and I was so mean to him.
I promise y/n I'll earn your forgiveness even if you already did forgive me
                          
"hey chara you're stareing again"
                          
"oh uhh"
I snapped myself out of it and stood up he looked like he was about to sleep but he woke up fully when he realised I uncuffed him.
                          
"your trusting me?"
                          
"I'm....giving you a chance....don't waste it"
I said leaving the room before I stopped and looked at him
                          
"you should where your bangs back more.....amazing eyes should never be hidden"
he smile and what he said next caught me off guard
                          
"and beautiful ones should always remain on display"
he said with such a sincere tone I couldn't stop blushing he thought my eyes were beautiful no one had ever said that before.
I quickly composed myself and smiled as well as I closed the door leaving the room.
                          
y/n pov:
                          
chara had left the room and I could nearly feel a warm feeling in my heart it was nice I wanted to hold on to it for as long as I could.
she said my eyes were amazing I've never shown them to anyone but my family and she even took back what she said I knew she wasn't all bad I just had to wait.
*whispers*
"no she not rubbing off on me"
*whispers*
"n..no I don't like her like that....at least I don't think I do"
*whispers*
"you think I should try to?"
*whispers*
"you've never stared me wrong before....alright I'll try to find her feeling towards me"
*whispers*
"no I will not kiss her just like that we only met one day ago!"
*whispers*
"I forgave her because everyone deserves another chance....even bad people"
*whispers*
"I don't know it just feels right"
*whispers*
"yeah I'm tired to....good night voice"
*whispers*
"yes I'm aware it's still day time now shut up!"

                          
alright let's get into the swing of things you and chara are now somewhat friends but what do you really feel about eachother? well I'm here to tell you but over the next few chapters so stay tuned and hope you enjoyed see y'all in the next one =)
