alrighty here's chapter 22 love yall don't forget to vote:))"Aye!" I heard Michael's familiar voice ring through Calum's front door as he and the boys stumbled into the living room.
"Shh!" I hissed, trying to keep them quiet. Calum had fallen asleep in my lap; since he hadn't slept well last night. I felt bad, considering it was mostly my fault.
"What the hell happened to him?" Ashton scoffed. Luke picked up a pillow and pulled it back as though he were going to throw it in Calum and I's direction, but Michael took it from behind him before Luke could throw it.
"He didn't sleep well." I mumbled. My hands were stroking his hair gently, enough to keep a small smile on his face for the time being.
"Why not? Cause you weren't here?" Ashton joked.
"Or were you guys..." Michael trailed off, wiggling his eyebrows up and down suspiciously.
"No! God, no. He just had a panic attack." I shrugged. I loved the boys; but telling them all of my personal secrets were none of my business.
"Why?" Luke asked.
"Just something - jeez, boys, cool it with the questions, Christ." I raised my voice, then lowered it when Calum stirred in my lap.
"Oui! Calum, wake up, mate!" Michael shouted. I threw a small pillow at Michael, which hit him in the head. But that didn't help anything, Calum stirred and opened his brown eyes, which were light brown and shining this morning.
"Babe." he smiled up at me.
"Hi." I grinned, stroking his hair.
"Calum, honey?" Joy asked as she walked into the living room. "Oh, hello boys." she smiled to Luke, Ashton, and Michael.
"What's up, mum?" Calum asked without moving his head from my lap. Joy slightly smiled as she watched the both of us.
"I'm going for a power walk." she said. Calum let out a loud chuckle, causing Joy to turn back around and glare at him.
"Better take your power cane." Calum teased. Joy's eyes narrowed at his sarcastic remark, and I flicked him on the forehead. "Ow!" Calum screeched.
"Thank you, Jade." Joy chuckled.
"Yeah, thank you, Jade." Calum muttered sarcastically. I nodded and smirked down at him.
"I'll see you kids later." Joy waved and walked out the front door.
"You're so mean to your mum." I mumbled. He laughed loudly and fell, yes fell, off the couch and stood up.
"Yeah yeah. I'm going to make some food, you want anything, babe?" Calum asked while fixing his hair in the mirror on the wall behind him.
"Yeah I'll take a pepperoni pizza, please." Luke said, not even bothering to look up from his phone. Calum picked up a pillow from the couch and threw it at Luke, who hardly noticed.
"I meant Jade, you douche." Calum muttered.
"No, I'm okay." I shrugged.
"Okay." Calum said and walked into the kitchen. Right as he left, all of the three boys looked up at each other, rolled their eyes, and looked back down at their phones. The gesture really confused me.
"What the hell was that?" I laughed lightly.
"He's so fucking whipped, and you have to agree this time." Luke chuckled, pointing to the kitchen where Calum was.
