A DRAGON?

                                    

                                          
AN: Hi sorry it's been so long I will write a post explaining soon, I am sorry if this isn't the best I wanted to post something before explaining more so I hope you like this
Prompt: (PLEASE READ) Lena and Kara wake up with no memory of how they got there. The catch on that they have been enemies for years.  When they find themselves trapped in a seemingly never-ending forest filled with monsters and other dangers what will happen when someone gets gravely injured? Will they make it to help in time? 
Lena's POV 
A loud groan to my right wakes me up. Well, that plus the insistent pounding in my head. 
I sit up and hold on my head in my hands as I slowly open my eyes and take in my surroundings. 
I am sitting on the slightly wet ground of an incredibly dense forest. I had no idea how I got here or where exactly here is. 
Another groan to my right caught my attention. 
My head spins around to find a familiar blonde sprawled on the ground passed out. 
I don't hesitate to draw the dagger that should be strapped to the outside of my thigh and draw it but unfortunately for me, it isn't there. 
My frown deepens as I pat the rest of my body down for any of the weapons I normally carry but are nowhere in sight as the blonde sits up and slowly opens her eyes. 
It takes her a couple of seconds to take in her surroundings before her blue eyes land on me. 
She groans and flops back on the ground as she says "What the hell did you do this time?" in a ticked-off tone. 
I roll my eyes at her and say "I" with an emphasis on that part "Didn't do anything. What did you do?" I finish with a growl. 
She stands up and stretches popping some joints in her back as she says "Nothing. I am trying to save the world not get stuck in a forest with my mortal enemy."
I roll my eyes at her as I stand up stretching as well but not letting my guard down... So I knew exactly when she lunged at me and was easily able to shift her momentum to slam her to the ground and get her pinned within seconds. 
I raise an expectant eyebrow as I say "Are you going to be civil and not attack me until we find a way out of here or should I just leave you to rot"
Kara tensed under me but her body relaxed after a couple of seconds "I will be civil" 
I nodded and stood easily pushing off Kara's body with more weight than necessary. 
I offered her my hand as she sat up. 
She took it and I pulled her up with ease, too much ease. 
She slammed into my chest and we were face to face for a minute just staring at each other before I pulled away and started looking around as I said "So any idea where we are?"
3rd Person POV
The blonde shakes off her daze from starring into Lena's green orbs as she hears Lena's voice say "So any idea where we are?" 
It takes the blonde a minute to recover before she says "No idea. Someone clearly wanted to trap us together. Either for revenge or some other reason"
Lena doesn't respond to her enemy as she notices a bag leaning against a nearby tree. 
Lena walks up and picks it up seeing a folded letter and a bag full of supplies in it. 
Kara raises an eyebrow at Lena as she says "What's that?" 
Lena glares at it as she passes it in Kara's direction as she slings the bag over her shoulder.
Welcome to the Maze
You two and your antics have caused enough problems for this world so now it is time for your punishment. You two have 1 week to escape before the area you are located within the maze self-destructs. Good luck :)
Kara glances up at Lena and says "That's not so bad, we just need to get out of here."
"Turn it over" 
Kara raises an eyebrow and does as told. 
Oh and be careful of the monsters and barbarians! Good luck! ;)
Kara growls and rips up the paper as she says "Great. Just fucking great." 
"We should start trying to find our way out," Lena adds as she starts walking in a random direction. 
"How do you know that's the right direction?" Kara calls after her. 
 "I don't but it's going to be better than any direction you chose," Lena says while Kara rolls her eyes at the hero but walks after her.

"Well at least we haven't seen any monsters yet" Kara calls ahead to Lena who had been ignoring the blonde for the last hour that they had been walking. Kara sees Lena roll her eyes out of the corner of her eyes before she adds "How do you even know we are going the right way?"
Lena ducks as a spear is thrown right at her head. 
"That's why" 
Kara's eyes widen and they get ready to fight the four ogres in front of us. 
The first ogre charges and Lena work in perfect tandem to fight the beast to defeat it with ease. 
The other three learned their lesson and attacked together and it took much more effort to defeat them. 
When Lena went high Kara went low in perfect sync with each other.
Both were beaten and exhausted by the time all the ogres were defeated. 
Kara is panting hard as she says "You aren't such a bad fighter Luthor"
Lena says "Not so bad yourself Danvers" 
They glance up at each other sharing smiles with each other but once the adrenaline fades they both go back to scowling at each other. 
They continue forward on their path ignoring each other once again.

"A DRAGON???!" Lena yells clearly frustrated as she dives out of the way of its breath of fire. They were getting dangerously close to the end of the
Kara uses one of the ogre's clubs to try and swing at the dragon's belly. 
The dragon saw it coming though and used its huge claws to bat Kara out of the way.
The claws dig into Kara's back leaving deep cuts along her hole back before she flies into a nearby tree. 
"KARA!" Lena cries but she can't worry about the blonde for too long. 
The dragon was still in front of her and definitely trying to kill her. 
It takes Lena a while and she may or may not have several burns and cuts but it gets done. She is beaten and bloody and feels like she wants to sleep for the rest of her life but she forces herself to stay standing. 
She makes her way over to the blonde slowly and says a quiet prayer to anyone who could be listening as she sees the blood seeping through the back of the blonde's shirt. 
She reaches down and feels for a pulse and releases a sigh of relief when she feels a faint one.
She looks around taking in the clearing they currently were in.  
As much as Lena would love to save herself and leave Kara to die she can't. If the last several hours had anything to say about this maze she wouldn't be able to survive by herself so she has to save the girl she had been trying to defeat for years. And unfortunately as she tries to stand exhaustion hits her full force and she passes out next to her enemy.
