It was almost mid of their semester; everything was going well. Max and Sophia had become even more closer, he was now thinking about asking Sophia out on a date. But he was kind of afraid, scared or you can say terrified by the fact that she might reject him or worse friendzone him.
                          
Also, he was yet to tell his friends about his crush on Sophia. He felt a little awkward telling his friends about his crush since he didn't date. He didn't know how his friends would take it when he told them about his crush. He was contemplating if he should as for some suggestions from his best friend, but his only best friend that he had known since high school did not know about all this. God he was in a very confusing situation, but then he came to a conclusion that he would sort out the things with his friends later. First he needed to solve the things with his crush, that is to tell her how he feels.
                          
On the other hand, a friend from the group did know about all of these happenings and was now not able to decide whether to ask him directly or to wait for him to tell. He had seen Max with that one girl all the time, if she was his girlfriend then why wasn't he telling them. Was he not ready to tell yet? Or was he not in relationship with her? But the way Max looked at her was different. He needed to ask him as soon as possible.

Now, Max was in his class waiting for the teacher to stop teaching and go. He was already nervous for what he had decided to do today and this teacher wouldn't leave them it's almost past her lecture time. Why oh why is this happening today... 
                          
Today when Max got up he was feeling really hyped up and was in a good mood. So he decided to was going to be the day... the day when he was going to ask his one and only, the most beautiful girl his crush who he sees a future with and maybe even loves her... the way she walks and talks, her beautiful smile that lights up the whole face, her twinkling eyes whenever he sees them its as if he is lost in space, galaxies in her eyes and today would be perfect to confess his feelings.
                          
Teacher- okay, that's all for today...in the next class we will take it forward from where we stopped today. Have a good day ahead.
                          
'Have a good day ahead' hell yeah he was going to, well at least he hopes he has when she will say "YES" . He packs all the stuff that was on his desk and heads towards his crush who was now waiting for him so that they could go together. Max was really nervous about how he should ask her. 
                          
Should he just tell her that 'I like you and I want to date you'? No, that would be just weird right? Oh God... he was just looking at her... he needed to talk to her... 
                          
Max - umm...hiii uh... what are you going doing today? 
                          
Sophia - (with a wide smile) Nothing much...should we plan something?
                          
Max - ( a little awkward) ummm actually...
                          
Sophia - Have you already made plans with you group?
                          
Max - uh-I.. um...WOULDYOULIKETOGOONADATEWITHME!!
                          
Sophia - What?!
                          
Max - So is that a no?
                          
Sophia - I didn't understand anything... what will i understand when you are going to rap it so fast!!
                          
Max - ok sorry ...I'm a little nervous right now. ( Sophia was now looking at him with concern in her eyes) Don't worry it's nothing to worry about...it's just that ( fiddling with his fingers) i wanted to ask you out on a date. I really like you and I wanted to ask you out on a date coz you are beautiful and whenever I see you, you look more beautiful ( Max could not look at her in the eyes, so he kept his head low and closed his eyes waiting for her answer. Max could not wait any longer and he looked up to see what her reaction was...his eyes met with her brown ones which were surprised, shocked? Max couldn't understand what was going on the latter's head, he just stood there still, waiting...
                          
Sophia on the other hand was really surprised by the sudden confession, she knew about him having a crush on her coz he did show all the signs of it. Like a love-sick puppy he was always with her of course she would know it...she just did not know that he would confess his feeling all of a sudden. Sophia was happy about it as she had a little liking towards the guy...she now had a thin smile on her face that relieved the latter who was tensed the whole time....
                          
"Yes I would like to go on a date with you" 
                          
Was Max dreaming or was he so stressed that he is hallucinating?? Did he hear this correctly? His first love or should we say the first person he was romantically attracted to agreed to go on a date with him!!! He was on the ninth cloud... he was never going to leave this girl in front of him. Always listen to her take care of her, make her happy and everything for her. He smiled at her whole heartedly looking at her as if she was his world.
                          
Max - ok, so today for dinner then?
                          
Sophia - Wait, if we are going on a date then we should make it a little bit more special...we should wait for a while there are many things going on projects and tests...we can go after that. Is it alright? (she said with fading smile)
                          
Max - Alright! (with a broad smile. He was finally going to go out on a date with his crush. He was going to make it special as she said.)
                          
Now the only thing left was to confess his friends about his crush and asking her out. He was nervous about it but they are his friends and they know him they will accept him and his crush right?
