Linda came in at 6am to wake me up to get ready and go off to my new foster family, I was not ready at all, I just wish my sister was here with me and then I wouldn't have to go through it all alone again.
An hour passed and Linda told me my foster parents were waiting for me, I walked out to the office and in front of me was standing a short skinny lady she had short blond hair that just passed her shoulder, she had green eyes and was wearing a long colourful dress, was looked nice but it was still abit too early to tell, next to her stood a talk tattooed man with dark brown hair that looked like he put some sort of gel in it, he had pale brown eyes and looked like he was tough and wouldn't take anybody's shit
"Hello darling, I'm Mel and this is my husband Steve" she said smiling
"Taylor" I said while crossing my arms
And just like that we were walking out of the doors.
The car ride was quiet beside them playing music, I was staring out of the window watching the world go by while I was wondering where are we going? What's going to happen? What are their kids like?
The car suddenly came to a stop, their house looked big, they had one big tree out the front and on one side of the door there was a veggie garden and on the other side of the door their was flowers, roses sunflowers daisy and plenty more, as we walked inside the house there was a lot of family photos and it made me sad they took me upstairs and showed me my bedroom, it was small and it looked like it used to be an office that got turned into a bedroom, there was a single bed laying under a window it looked cozy and sweet
"The kids are all out at the moment but they should be back soon and you'll get to meet them" Mel said
And as she said that we heard the door so we headed downstairs
"This is Jayden our biological son and this is Brendon and grace"
Jayden was tall and handsome I'm going to admit he looked a lot like his dad he had dark brown hair but had his mums green eyes
Brendon was abit shorter than Jayden and had light brown hair, he had light brown eyes
Grace was short with hazel eyes and long beautiful blonde hair, she looked like she was a nerd but the hot kind with all the boys chasing herAfter meeting the family I took a long much needed bath for what seemed like for hours, I couldn't help but cry, every house I go to is always overwhelming because you never know what's going to happen and if their going to be the right family or if something terrible is going to happen which in my case it also did but never in my foster life did I see anyone have a big beautiful house, enough rooms for their kids, the kids have nice thing and nice clothes and have manners and never did I see the foster parents trying to make you as comfortable as you could be, but it was still too early to tell and I was scared that I was going to get my hopes up for nothing that I was going to finally believe my dream could maybe come true but I still had a lot more doubt then I did for Hope because it never works out it never goes to plan and most the time the families just put on a mask for the first few nights and then everything goes to hell after that.. will this be the same? Because I honestly don't think I can take much more, I can't take going through this bullshit any longer and I just wanted to have a break..
